Review Time
I was very dissapointed to get home from work and discover my delivery had just been left by the gate on the driveway, rather than delivered to the door where my family would have been able to take it inside if the delivery driver had actually knocked on the door. It was a sunny day and the contents had all been melted.
All arrived ok , but my gripe is it took to long , took nearly a week to get delivered . Not on really when you think most items these days are next day or two to three days delivery max.and I saw Amazon do the deliveries for this company so next day would have been more inline with Amazon I would have thought . Oh well I finally received the parcel haha. You live and learn .
I took advantage of the Easter 50% Sale but was not able to complete the purchase online although I did try twice. It ended up with me telephoning HC and my order was dealt with by Dan very well and he was able to take all the details down and my order was complete. Although two payments had already gone through he did advised me that they would be reversed, to date one has I am still awaiting the second one to be reversed but will chase that up tomorrow if not done by then. My order was received today a day late from my 24 hour promise but that was Royal Mail's fault.
