Hello . I recently moved into housing 21 shepherd's court Lincoln .The housing manager a lovely lady called Agne goes out of her way to help in any way she can . And all the residents I have met so far have been very welcoming .I think I'm going to be very happy here .
Well I recently moved into a retirement flat at Eskdale Housing 21 in Skelmersdale, I’m enjoying living there and all the other residents are very friendly and welcoming. The manager Lesley is outstanding and goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I need eg support etc. It’s a lovely community to live and socialise with other residents.
The care and support I have received from my Housing Manager regarding a previous problem...Has been nothing but amazing and,without her support,help and care I would still be trying to sort this problem out and basically getting nowhere.I really do think that Housing 21 Court managers do not get enough praise and thanks for the outstanding job they do.
The day I moved in happened to be the hottest of the year and it coincided with the annual summer garden party, so there was nowhere to park. Had I known this I would have delayed my move. Unfortunately the house manager was on sick leave so there was no one toadvise me.
Been living at Chindit Court just over a year, really nice flats well set out and in a quiet section of Dinnington, bingo Tuesday evenings plus other activities/events.The scene manager Carly is real easy to talk to and does go that extra mile to help, even our cleaner will help or pass a message on to Carly
Local management so friendly and helpful, makes such a difference to living here. So welcoming and makes it so easy to join in, they make sure noone is left feeling they dont fit in. Facilities good, and improving with more things becoming available. Community charge too high.
