You are a load of crooks

You are a load of crooks, my father died and you carried on charging him until his flat was sold. Over £6,000 for doing nothing, an absolute disgrace.

Hi my name is Norma.

Hi my name is Norma.I came to live in Fountain Court GATESHEAD on 22nd May 2024.I am 87 years old and unable to walk. Before I came to Fountain Court I lived in my own home with carers from a private care company visiting me 4 times a day.Because of my mobility needs I could only live in my bedroom upstairs. I could not even see out of my bedroom widows.I felt totally isolated lonely vulnerable and at the mercy of care workers who literaterally just popped in did what was needed and left.(not their fault . Time was of the essence). Fountain Court has made me smile again. I have my own Independent flat with the girls (carers) coming In 4 times a day. I can see out of the very large low windows they overlook very well tended gardens often visited by squirrels and lots of beautiful birds.I no longer feel lonely or vulnerable I feel cared for and valued. There is a restraunt Down stairs that I visit in my wheel chair with my daughter .I no longer feel like I put onto my daughters as they know I a so well looked after. My washing and ironing are done every week.my bedding is changed frequently taking so much pressure of my girls. All of the staff of Fountain court are very well trained caring individuals. I wish I had bit the bullet sooner Fountain court has given me a new lease of lifeThank you

Finally safe and sound at home

I had a really warm welcome from managers, care team members and the residents. The sales process took ages but it was worth the wait. My home is just right for me... Thank you

Best service

I recently moved to Ronald Buckingham court, which i must mention that it is a lovely place to live at. My community communal areas are well looked after and well maintained. My housing Manager, Christine a very nice and attentive lady, always checks on me as agreed and she is approachable and helpful. News letter with up to date information is posted always.

Firstly a very warm and friendly…

Firstly a very warm and friendly welcome from manager Julie, who has been so kind and patient in delivering all necessary information. Thank you . I have been most impressed with the high standard of cleanliness and the decorative quality of my flat. There’s lots of friendly support here if required, but also, the freedom to go as you please too. There’s a lovely welcome pack of carefully thought out items to help me move in. Thank you so much to manager Julie who has been so helpful and supportive.

I signed a Rental Agreement for H21 MYLES COURT BRIERELY HILL

I signed a Rental Agreement for Myles Court, Brierley Hill on 9th September 2024. On 18 September 2024 I explained to the Court Manager that I was unable to live in the flat due to my diagnosed mental health problems and had become increasingly anxious. No sympathy was shown. I was abruptly told that I had signed the Tenancy and that I would be charged another full months rent for October 24 because I needed to give a full 4 weeks notice. Therefore I will have given H21 £1,600 for never actually living at the premises or using any of the services. I was told "oh! you aren't the first to change your mind and won't be the last". Well if I had not felt so Pressurised to take the flat on the sign up day I would have had time to make the right decision. I actually sat there crying on sign up day as my anxiety was so high and still the assistant court manager insisted I had to sign or else the flat would be assigned to someone else. I am livid that my money has been wasted due to poor customer service management. Also I was told I paying through Direct Debit but it turns out I am not. I cannot cancel the payment and H21 are at liberty to take the monies from my account as they see fit and making me overdrawn if the monies are not in the bank. I am very unhappy about this and am taking legal advice.

HOUSING 21, Parking Wars still ongoing !!

I was returning to ‘The Court’, on 16/09/2024As I was approaching a space to park, through narrow entrance, another two cars were manoeuvring , one to leave ! I asked “ who are you “?The occupant swore at me, “who did I think I ( F) was” ?I replied “ a resident “ , to which she loudly shouted, “it was none of your “ F” business , as her mother was a resident. Her mother was being dropped off , was that alright with me ? “. I said Yes collecting or returning was ok “I continued to park. During which time she got out of her car and stormed across Court to me.Her reterick continued , in a hostile manner ,and yet again she used the “F” word. I do not use such language myself. I am a 74 year old resident and this verbal assault, has left me tearful and upset !Once again , no manager !So many different visitors in different vehicles so many times a day to Flat no . 8Always the same family !! Actually ZERO STARS Review
