Review Time
Only moved in after a week or so I had to dispose of a heavy broken computer desk, which the removal company had to take apart. My site manager help me put this into the back of her car with a broken bench she was taking down to the local tip. I was very grateful for what she done. First class.
Joined housing21 Gateshead recently my manager Kim is an outstanding person. She is so professional, makes you feel at home even do you are working, always quick to respond to issues that arises. I am really happy working here best place I have worked since I came into the UK last year.
Absolutely appalling, my mum and bf live in h21, zero care level just ask of tablets have been taken, my mum bf went into hospital where we were told and even had proof that her bf will not be returning to h21 as medically too unfit, we asked on a number of occasions to take him off the tenancy but h21 still wouldn't even after they were told he wouldnt be returning....now he passed away only a few days ago and still he is on the tenancy and still the h21 havent removed him instead they are now banging on about needing his death cert.... i wish i never let my mum live there
Still waiting to hear back from Housing 21 about 3 residents moving from the same property at John quinn court due to other residents being verbally abusive for no reasons whatsoever.Absolutely disgusting that it is called sheltered Housing???
Harmony House is a clean well-run home The manager (Sarah) is always kind, caring, approachable, and professional. She goes out of her way to welcome any inquiry with warmth and politeness. I lived at Harmony House for almost two years and was treated with so much respect and care, that nothing was too much trouble. The manager was always available to answer any queries.Sarah's positivity and willingness to help never go unnoticed and always appreciated.
Mums rent was supposed to have been reduced on 13 May.You in formed Housing Benefit who reduced her benefit.Low and behold full rent was taken out.Several emails and telephone calls over a five week period and I am now being told she now has to fill in a refund form, bearing in mind it was Housing 21 error and I’m now being told it could now take another 7-10 days.Sorry no 6 weeks is totally unacceptable.Witholding money from elderly residents is shocking.Customer service is very poor.A complaint will be going in.
I moved into Edward Jenner Court at Emersons Green in Bristol in February. I love my flat, I have everything I need. I feel safe, the staff are amazing and there is help and anytime should I need it. Kelly the Manager worked closely with my daughter both supplying information to the other to help make the move much easier. We have a bistro and hairdresser on site. I visit the bistro regularly for my meals and they are delicious. The hairdresser is also very good. I'd like to say thank you to everyone who works here for doing a great job.
