Review Time
Ordered what I thought was a concealer, but mistakenly ordered a foundation. I went through the return process but the mail center I used didn’t recognize the label Huda provided in the shipment. I didn’t realize that Huda encourages customers to contact them if this happens and to not pay for shipping. The fact that I won’t be reimbursed for shipping doesn’t concern me. What DOES concern me is that it’s been three weeks with no refund, no email, nothing. I have emailed customer service at least three times with NO response. I have included the order number as well as a copy of the original packing receipt. No communication. At all. At the very least someone could respond that they haven’t received the return or help in any way. Very frustrating. UPDATE:Huda Beauty has actually responded to my requests and they have in fact gone to my spam folder. I had to log onto the website to actually see my spam folder as it doesn’t transfer to my phone. The response was kind and helpful. And I’m sure the products are wonderful. I just happened to order the wrong item. My issue was correspondence. Thank you, Huda Beauty.
I made a perfume order. 10 minutes after my husband told me about how the heat in Atlanta was going to sore and I asked to cancel it. We are very closely affiliated to 2 different software management companies and this could have easily been done. The customer service said they would try and of course it didn’t work..because they ship so quickly. That “quick” shipping took 10 days. 10 days of fragrance in the heat. Of course they say you can return it but, oh wait, not the perfume sets. In the end it’s 100$ but you know what, I spend a lot of money on beauty each year and it will never go to huda again. I have ordered form many places and they all have worked with me better then this. Most any order from any company canceled within 15 to 30 minutes is honored. I am even talking the strange little ones or the giants. It’s all a money grab and it is a company I will not be ordering from again. Late 30s early 40s and Customer Service becomes a very big deal. I will gladly pay more for product if I’m treated well. Shame on me for reading all the bad reviews and still giving it a chance. They have many different sets and items that plan to come back in order, but I don’t need them. Keep the young ones and the older ones with disposable income will go somewhere else. Cool.
Are you kidding me! The ordering, the comms, the delivery, 2 free products. And then I put it on. Faux Filler extra shine lip gloss. A little goes a long way. Looks amazing! Perfect colour for me. Come on! Excellent all the way. Sooooo glad I ordered 2
I ordered the new faux filter in foxy and bombshell. They were not as described and they both were almost similar in colour and a lot darker then I thought. They also did not shine or make lips look fuller. Very upset as I would have ordered possibly a different shade but due to lack of shine and just stickiness I won’t be ordering again from huda. So disappointed and money down the drain.
Ordered foundation and was delivered a box full of tissue paper. The box wasn’t damaged so whoever packed it must of done it on purpose. 4 days after and still no email back from customer service.no live chat and no phone number to call. Will never shop here again
Wasn't able to get the 15% off originally but their customer service responded quickly and remedied the situation, very impressive. Was able to place the order with the discount so I am anxious to try the product and update. This company obviously stands by their product! Moved to 5 stars for great customer response.
