Review Time
This is my second purchase, and once again, there were issues. The delivery service failed to show up, claiming I wasn't home, despite me being present. I contacted customer service for assistance, but their response was completely unrelated to my inquiry. I'm disappointed and will seek alternatives, as my experiences have been consistently problematic.
I returned my order two months ago. Company sent me an email confirming receipt of the return and informing me that I would receive a refund shortly. After two weeks, I contacted the store - I was told that they had processed the refund and that I should contact my bank. I did so, but my bank told me that they needed the transaction number. Unfortunately, the store has not sent me the transaction number for a month and is not responding to my emails, so I was probably lied to about the refund being issued. I advise you to be careful when shopping on this website.
The customer service is horrendous! I had an issue with a faulty product and thought I was making progress with a representative, only to be ignored. For such a high-end brand, the quality and service are disappointing. Do not buy directly!
I have been buying one of their matte lipsticks for ages and it's almost the only makeup I use. But since recently I have been unable to find it in shops where I live, I decided to go online. I was a bit concerned because of the very bad reviews Huda has on the Trustpilot platform but decided to give it a go anyway. I thought since the product is so good it was worth it. Well, it is now 4 days later and the lipstick is already here along with a complimentary sample of primer and foundation. Oh, and no charge for shipping .... For the life of me, I don't understand what the awful reviews are all about? I'd give Huda 6, 7, .... 10 stars if I could!
I'd never heard of this brand until I came across it on Facebook and thought I'd try it out. Picked up a couple of products recently and I'm very impressed. Will certainly try more in the future.Ignore the 'bad' reviews which are for the most part left by people posting for political reasons trying to hurt this young woman's business!
Prompt great quality products. I have switched to Huda Beauty because it is one of the few makeup companies I have been able to find that is not complicit in supporting the Israeli genocide of Palestinians where kids are deliberately slaughtered, as are health-care workers, educators, journalists. Ethical and high quality products.
I finally caved and bought the Rose Quartz palette after seeing it everywhere. It is even more stunning in person. The pigments are so rich and blendable, and the shades are perfect for creating everything from a soft daytime look to a full glam night out. The quality is exceptional.
This is fake website, you order items they send you track and trace. You will be misinformed about the delivery. The items will never be delivered, their fake customer service will tell you it’s a local problem not ours. So at the end you get nothing other than fake T&T. Order no.4953 on hudabeautymall.com.
To be fair The lip oil is great. To be fair I tried no other product with Huda To be factualThe lip stain is pitiful - why? It is dry when it comes out of the tube - unlike the viral video it does not come out of the tube liquidly - it is like a dry crayon Which means for the cost it's a bin worthy product The social videos are brilliant but no it's not like that There are alternative products to purchase with other companies' same cost or less and they DO work I am not going to post those names as it's not fair however - what is not fair is that when asking HUDA to replace the stain - Afterall what if it was a one-off issue ? I found that they are not who they say they are - its unfortunately not appearing to be a legit company as legit would respond and replace. Save your money - I can only speak of lip stain, and I can say it is not liquidly or wet and storing upside down does not work either. It's a bust, as you notice the reviews here all say the same thing. People are annoyed and sharing because they don't want to be ripped off or see others ripped off.
