I had a truly disappointing experience. I strongly advise against purchasing from their website. It has been almost a month, and I haven't received my order; and im unable to track my shipment with the provided tracking reference. their customer service has not responded to my emails or numerous support tickets i have submitted.
I am extremely disappointed with Huda Beauty’s customer service. I received a damaged eyeshadow palette and reported it immediately with pictures and the product code. Despite doing everything on my part, it has been nearly two weeks, and I still haven’t received a resolution.I followed up multiple times, and while they said they would “chase it up,” no concrete action has been taken. For a brand as prominent as Huda Beauty, I’m shocked at how poor the customer service is. It’s frustrating to feel ignored, especially after reading reviews and realising that this isn’t an isolated issue.Huda Beauty needs to seriously improve its customer service. Ignoring customers and failing to resolve problems will drive loyal buyers away. I will be escalating this matter and hope they take action to fix their processes before more customers lose faith in their brand.
UPDATE: They contacted me and Sienna will proceed with the replacement of the damaged product. I really hope they do. Does the customer service work in this company? I bought the pack of 2 perfumes at full price and one of them came damaged.It's been 3 weeks and nobody is resolving anything. You have to contact them via the website's 'Contact Us' section. Sometimes, they don't even reply and when they do, it's to tell me they need photos (I sent them). Now, they need a video (I sent that too).Suddenly, I receive another email saying that if I didn't reply back it means the case is solved. Excuse me? They are thieves! I didn't expect something like this from Huda.So disappointed!Now, what am I supposed to do? I really need to find a way to file a complaint.
Update : Turning from a 1 to a 3 star as ARYA from customer service finally got in touch and resolved my issue. She is the only reason for the higher rating. Received completely the wrong order :( spent over £200 to receive stock completely different to what I ordered and no where near the value I paid. No way to contact them to resolve ? Disgusting I will not order from them again !! Really frustrated !!
I placed an order for my birthday on november 21 and i still havent received my package yet i tried to contact the customer service multiple time but they are incompetent and useless. Im still waiting for my package otherwise i will have to file a fraud report with my creditcard company. Do not buy directly from them.
I’ve been a loyal customer and was excited to shop during the HudaBeauty Cyber Craze early access sale. One of the reasons I placed my order was the promise of 3 free gifts for eligible purchases. However, the website never gave me the option to select my free items, so I assumed they would be sent randomly. When the package arrived, I didn’t receive the gifts.I contacted customer service, explaining the situation, and they even admitted that there were glitches on the website during the sale. Despite this, they refused to acknowledge or resolve the issue, stating that because I didn’t select the free gifts (an option that wasn’t visible due to the glitch), they wouldn’t send them.I went back and forth with them multiple times, hoping for a fair resolution, but was repeatedly met with rigid responses and no effort to address the technical issue on their end. As a loyal customer, I expected better communication and accountability.This experience has left me feeling undervalued and frustrated, especially since I have more orders on the way. I’ve always admired HudaBeauty’s products, but this has shaken my trust in their customer service. I hope they improve their customer care and take responsibility for their mistakes in the future.Edit: I received my gifts, and I’m both glad and grateful for that.However, I still believe they should have been given with love and without the week-long back-and-forth battle. If a promotion is offered, it should be honored fully. Those who earned it by meeting the purchase requirements—whether they selected their gifts or forgot to—should still be handed free random gifts as promised.( I saw on tiktok this is happening with lots of people btw) If you launch a promotion, make sure to uphold it.
My order failed when purchased money gone out of my bank and not yet received my money back tried contacting Huda through social media and have emailed her team and no response I want my money back as my order clearly failed I have sent all the proofs and getting ignored
I am still waiting for my package for now three weeks that Huda have sent but between them and Yodel neither of them can sort out something that is so simple as to get this delivery to me. Huda blames Yodel, Yodel blames Huda. It's literally an address that had a package sent from different countries without no issue but somehow Huda can't get Yodel whatever relevant details they need in order to send me a package. It would make sense if I hadn't already had something previously sent to me from Huda to the same address. Huda's lack of getting it resolved as well as still using an incompetent company who has been caught in blatant lies shows me that they have little interest in their UK customers, which ia a shame because the brand is a great brand. Their UK online staff seems disinterested in fixing something very easy to fix.
