Absolutely shockingly incompetent

Absolutely shockingly incompetent. Have an issue with my order and all they do is make me go round and round in a circle they do not even read the emails just give a standard email response regardless of what you are saying. In each correspondence it is either a wait for delivery even though item was apparently delivered and I did not get it. Or contact the courier for resolution and they just refer you back to huda to contact them. Don’t order from them online infact I won’t even by their products again it is not worth the hassle.

Attention, arnaque chez HudaBeauty !

J’ai vécu la pire expérience d’achat avec Huda Beauty et je tiens à prévenir les autres de leurs pratiques malhonnêtes. Voici ce qui s’est passé :J’ai commandé un produit qui est arrivé endommagé, rendant son utilisation impossible, notamment en tant que cadeau. L’emballage extérieur était parfaitement intact, ce qui prouve que les dégâts ont été causés avant l’expédition. J’ai immédiatement contacté le service client et fourni toutes les preuves demandées : photos de l’article endommagé, bordereau de livraison, et code batch.Au lieu de résoudre le problème correctement, ils m’ont proposé un retour ou une carte cadeau de 20 € en compensation. J’ai donc accepté le retour et refusée les 20€ car je voulais un remplacement ou un remboursement car cette commande étant censée être un cadeau de Noël. Dès que j’ai refusé la carte cadeau, ils ont subitement affirmé que les retours n’étaient pas possibles en raison de supposées restrictions d’expédition pour les parfums dans ma région.Cet argument est totalement fallacieux ! J’ai gardé l’emballage extérieur, qui montre clairement que le colis a été expédié depuis la France :Huda Beauty Co Deret Log, 580 rue Champ Rouge, Bâtiment H, 45770 Saran, France.Si les produits peuvent être expédiés depuis la France, il n’y a aucune raison qu’ils ne puissent pas y être retournés.En plus, il est pratiquement impossible de les joindre directement! Vous perdez un temps fou à parler à des chatbots qui n’apportent aucune solution concrète, et les réponses humaines arrivent tardivement, sans jamais régler le problème. Cette perte de temps est exaspérante et rend l’expérience encore plus frustrante.C’est clairement une arnaque pour piéger les clients ! Ils prétendent offrir une solution, mais si vous ne prenez pas la carte cadeau, ils se rétractent sur leur promesse d’accepter les retours. C’est scandaleux et un total manque de respect envers leurs clients.Je suis maintenant obligé d’ouvrir un litige via PayPal et de perdre mon temps à régler leur mauvaise gestion. Ils refusent d’assumer leur responsabilité d’avoir expédié un produit défectueux et ignorent ouvertement les droits des consommateurs.Évitez HudaBeauty à tout prix ! The outer packaging was completely intact, proving that the damage occurred before shipping. I immediately contacted customer service and provided all the requested evidence: photos of the damaged item, the delivery slip, and the batch code.Instead of properly resolving the issue, they offered me a return or a €20 gift card as compensation. I accepted the return and declined the €20 because I wanted either a replacement or a refund, as this order was meant to be a Christmas gift. However, as soon as I refused the gift card, they suddenly claimed that returns were not possible due to supposed shipping restrictions on perfumes in my region.This argument is completely false! I kept the outer packaging, which clearly shows that the parcel was shipped from France:Huda Beauty Co Deret Log, 580 rue Champ Rouge, Bâtiment H, 45770 Saran, France.If products can be shipped from France, there is no reason why they can’t be returned there.Additionally, it is almost impossible to contact them directly! You waste a huge amount of time talking to chatbots that provide no concrete solutions, and the human responses arrive late, without ever solving the problem. This waste of time is infuriating and makes the experience even more frustrating.This is clearly a scam to trap customers! They pretend to offer a solution, but if you don’t accept the gift card, they backtrack on their promise to accept returns. It’s outrageous and shows a total lack of respect for their customers.I am now forced to open a dispute via PayPal and waste my time dealing with their poor management. They refuse to take responsibility for sending a defective product and openly ignore consumer rights.Avoid Huda Beauty at all costs! I love this brand with all my heart, super real and authhentic. The lip gloss formulas are amazing. Foxy is now my favorite lip gloss of all time!!

Horrible customer service, they give you the runaround.

Horrible experience with this online shop. I only ordered because my daughter wanted the Kayali Vanilla miniature obsessions perfume set for Christmas and Sephora was sold out. I do not recommend ordering from this store. They do not have a customer service number you can call; you can only email them. It's ridiculous. First, they'll take their time responding, then they'll request unnecessary information to "prove" it's your order. Then after they have given you the runaround and wasted time, they will claim it's too late to stop the order and it's been sent, and state all sales are final, with no refunds under any circumstances, since (according to them) the purchase was part of a "sale". Mind you, they are in another country so it takes weeks to receive your order(if shows up at all). It's not worth the stress if you have a large purchase with them. I would not recommend this store.

Failed delivery and returned to sender but no refund yet.

I have been dealing with Huda Beauty and Yodel trying to get an order but however due to Yodel's excellent service and customer care I didn't get the parcel before I moved out of the apartment and finally had to use the return to seller option. This was done after repeated comms with the Yodel team. Now I am waiting for a refund and there's no one to initiate it. Huda is asking me for proof of return which is only a status change in the Yodel app. Given that I never received the parcel by Huda's chosen delivery company and Yodel's constant affirmation that there's a dedicated channel between the seller and the delivery company, I feel totally at lost. I have raised this issue with the customer support and provided them a screen recording of the customer care chat and the app status of the package and no response so far.Regardless I don't really understand why cannot I receive a refund unless the item is not delivered back when the return was not made by me upon receiving the parcel where they need to check the products or the package. I have never even seen the parcel and shouldn't it be on them to make sure that their product is delivered back or is it that they don't trust their own delivery partner. I have not yet raised a dispute with my bank but few more days and I am following that route as Huda and Yodel were equally unhelpful.Please do not order from their website. If you badly want the Huda product, choose Boots or Sephora and go for collection.

I made an order and received the mini…

I placed an order and received the mini easy blur foundation when I ordered and paid for the full size. I do know this can happen so I sent them an email with a picture of the wrong product and of what I ordered and this is the respond I got “I can confirm that this is the full size of the foundation, as shown in the picture on the website”. Do the agents not know their products? how can they not make the difference between the 2 different sizes… I paid 53$ for full size 30ml and received the mini 10ml everything was clear I sent pictures and this situation is making me really mad you guys should review who you hire since your employees are unable to recognise a product… quite disappointing for a first order.

Carrier lost my package and Huda beauty…

Carrier lost my package and Huda beauty told me they would refund me but no news of them when I ask them for my refund!! It’s such a shame when you see them send tons of free products to influencer but can’t even refund you despite the fact you’re an icon client!
