Very disappointed, I bought a este shadow palette. It was damaged when I received It, I inmediately opened a complaint, they asked me for the pictures of the item and the shipment badget. I sent everything and they were very fast replying to me. They told me I could chose a replacement or a refund, I chose a replacement. They replyed to me that I woul receive the shipping communication in 5-7 working days. After 8 days I asked about the status of my replacement. The response fron Sara in customer service was very dissapointing, she told me they do not do shipments to the Spanish Canary Islands!!!I replyed to her I am not in Canary Islands I am in Mallorca Balearic Islands and they has already sent me the damaged item there.Her response was even better, she told me It was a mistake as they only delivery to main land in Spain.I have collegues from the same place that hace received products and if so, they should advice when placing the order.Disgusting customer service!At this presente momento I do not have the item or the refund... Ordered a travel set and an additional travel fragrance. When I received my order it looked like it had been through a hurricane and back. Box was battered and broken and looked like it had been opened and suspiciously light, so I took pictures straight away bcz I knew something wasn’t right. When I opened it, no travel essentials pack wasn’t in the box just a single smashed 10ml travel spray and a tester and a single piece of tissue paper to protect everything. Glass was everywhere. I took pictures of everything and sent it onto huda beauty’s customer services. They did response right away asking for more pictures which I had already sent. They said they would send a replacement. But I declined, bcz it’s probably going to end up with the same fate as they use the same delivery company and use a single piece of tissue paper to product the order. I asked for a refund or the cancel my order. They said it’s there ‘internal policy’ to provide a replacement. However I can clearly see on here they do provide refunds…. As the same customer services advisor ‘Gemma’ replied to a review on here regarding a refund. Just seems very fishy to me and has put me off wanting to purchase and kayali perfume. They are now ignoring me and won’t respond to my emails 😅. So if you wanted to order anything kayali or huda, go via Sephora or boots. Because if you order direct from huda you may not get your order in one piece with their one single sheet of tissue paper. Huda beauty of you see this review and you send me a refund thx 😂😅Update: 26/07/2024Huda beauty are ignoring all of my requests to cancel my order for a refund! Don’t understand why they are being so difficult.
Always had a positive experience with this brand either buying from them directly or buying these products/Kayali perfumes from other retailers for years now. Really high quality products that last ages.Amazing Customer Service with fast responses & really helpful team. Super gorgeous packaging to boot, when doing orders online. And I love their ethics & support for Palestine. I will be a long term customer for sure :)
I LOVE HER EYESHADOWS, THEY STAY ALL DAY AND NIGHT. THE EYELINER IS GLIDES ON SMOOTHLY AND DOESNT BREAK LIKE VICTORIA BECKHAM'S EYELINER. THE FAUX Filler GLOSS, I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!! THEY EYEBROW PENCIL IS BETTER THAN ANASTASIA (close second though) . And done get me started on the kayali perfume and the lipstick, the BEST lipstick that delivers as promised. Doesnt come off on your drinking cup. And i never have an issue with orders or returns
Order: UK03499991 placed on the 20th June for 2 foundations which I was told afterwards was not in stock. Customer service said they will refund within 24hrs but it has been 2 weeks now and complete silence after numerous emails. When do I get my refund for products that were wrongly advertised as in stock?! Not impressed at all!
So ordered a concealor for huda beauty website, which was on offer for £19.90, used a code which would give me a 15% off, the delivery charge is £3. Upon processing the payment, they hadn’t applied the code But instead charged me extra, total amount of £25.10. I’m not too bothered amount the discount but the fact the took an extra £2.20 was cheeky! I emailed within 10 minutes of placing the order asking them to deduct the amount or cancel the order but they refused. I told them I would refuse the delivery at the door but they suggested to take it and return it which I did, later I was told I won’t get the delivery charge refunded. Sent the parcel back and still waiting for a refund. Never ordering from Huda again!Update: 1.7.24 I have chased them for a refund and forwarded proof of return but issue still remains unresolved!
After quite a frustrating situation, their support team got back to me and fixed the situation. They were very understanding and kind and I feel a lot less stressed about the situation. Overall, I’m not happy about what happened but I appreciate the quickness and kindness from the support team after my review to resolve the situation.
If I could rate 0 I would but I asked for a refund cause they sent wrong color foundation and I NEVER USED IT like it’s not my color and that said they refund but never did so her company sucks bad and they just steal your money they sent wrong stuff and still have you pay for it . Kinda suck cause I love Huda but how it’s customers service is no good
