I'm obsessed with cosmetics, I order from various stores and brands, but I have only positive experiences with Huda Beauty. It is known that everyone makes mistakes, couriers regularly mess up or lose deliveries and if they do not damage the parcel, something accidentally "falls out of a strangely opened box". So far, I have always been able to count on Huda's customer service to get help and have all my problems solved. The cosmetics are of great quality, especially eye shadows, long-lasting and highly pigmented, don't even need a primer, a rare phenomenon these days. I wish you all the best and can't wait to see the new collection.
worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. rec’d a eyebrow pencil that wouldn’t work. Kept turning it and nothing came out. emailed customer service and they wanted me to send pictures of the product which I did. Then they emailed me back and say they want to video. A video of an eyebrow pencil that doesn’t work. Long story short I emailed them the video no response. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Absolutely amazing products! I love Huda beauty! I have Read some of the 1 star reviews and I was completely dumbfounded that most are talking about the delivery. I have had NO issues what so ever with deliveries and I have placed 3 LARGE orders in the space of 3 weeks, why did I order 3 times within such a short space of time. Bcos I was testing her products, the fact she supports palestine is a bonus! I have also seen comments where people have commented that they love how she supports palestine but not her make up....don't comment then! Isn't genocide more important than make up? If ur not happy then buy something else and done leave stupid comments ! I love huda beauty but u need to know to use it, the jelly primer is AMAZINg, my 14 year old daughter thinks the same and so do I..her foundation needs to be worn with the bake powder and I believe then press powder too...but not necessary. Only then will u have the full coverage look. Her mascara is better than anything I have ever used !! Again said for my daughter..if make up is not an art for u then huda beauty is not for you...I suggest basic make up brands, like max factor or rimmel - your every day supermarket brand 😘
Customer service was really helpful and sent me a replacement for my order that never arrived. DPD in Bavaria has always been unreliable and they lied the first time about delivering my package. Even though my order went missing the week before black Friday, they still got back to me in a timely manner. I'm really surprised and really happy that they were able to ship out my replacement order during such a busy time for retail. Thank you customer service that deals with German orders. I made sure to have DPD deliver my package to one of their pick up stations and was finally able to take my new Kayali home todayI don't get why the official website was so far down in the search on Trust Pilot. Be careful which site you purchase from since they might be fake
Delivery company said they delivered my parcel sent me a photo outside the door I didn’t get home till late evening the parcel had gone. No one from Huda beauty customer service is getting back to me. I have sent many emails no respond. Spent over £80 bad service. No one is still responding to my emails.I’ve sent more emails no one is still responding. They have taken my money. Still nothing back from anyone. Not responding to my emails. They’ve taken my money. Really bad service.
I LOVE Huda and LOVE her range and will always buy off her for supporting Palestine - but not from her website. Unfortunately my order is “lost”. The courier advises it’s with the sender, the sender keeps saying we will investigate and I’ve heard nothing. My second package came before my first. The 1st package is the biggest one. The customer service is slow and not responsive.I made the order on 11 Nov and today it’s the 23 Nov and I’m still working on an outcome.Yodel have said it’s with the sender I have evidence via the yodel app and on the shop app too. No one is sorting this out. This will unfortunately be my last purchase from Huda online. I’ll purchase from Boots or SephorA, I have no choice.
