Extremely poor customer support. There seems to be no consideration for customers at all. I placed my order a week ago, and there have been no updates. I have sent numerous emails daily, yet I still haven't received a response. I will never purchase from this platform again!
I received outdated concealer and corrector items that had a leaking issue, and when I reached out, there was no response. It feels like I've been taken advantage of. Even with better discounts on their site, I would prefer to shop with more reliable companies that address issues. I strongly advise against ordering directly!
The customer service is appalling. My order had missing items, and despite emailing daily and trying to reach out on various platforms, no one has responded. I won't use this site again and am hesitant to buy from the company in the future as they seem indifferent to customer concerns.
Customer service is nonexistent. I placed an order for about £78, but it never arrived. The courier claimed to have left it without proof. Despite several emails, there was no response, and the chat feature only connected me to a bot. Avoid ordering directly!
Two stars for their great products, but their customer service is nearly non-existent. I wonder if anyone is even reading emails, as my specific concerns were ignored. I attempted to cancel an item shortly after ordering but was told I had to cancel the entire order. After several attempts to resolve my issues, I had to involve my bank. The experience has been incredibly frustrating.
I'm appalled by the level of customer service. Despite numerous attempts to address a return issue, no one responds. Once the return window closes, they claim it's too late. For a well-known brand, this is completely unprofessional, and customers deserve better treatment.
