The customer service is a joke, and none existent. I brought the new icy nude palette which arrive damaged. I placed a "ticket" on the website after 5 days I recieved an email stating my ticket would be closed because I didn't respond. I hadn't had any correspondence before then. I have sent all necessary photos etc for a refund but have not had a return label, it's been 3 days now and not a peep. Absolutely awful
UPDATE ‼️ - Belle did not get in contact with me, I even checked my Junk mail. It’s disappointing to see that Huda allows such liars to represent her company. I’ve been a loyal customer of Huda Beauty since the beginning, so I was really excited to receive my new Icy Nude eyeshadow palette. Unfortunately, some of the glitter shades arrived loose and not pressed properly. When I reached out to customer service, all they offered was a £5 compensation, which feels really disappointing. If you’re considering this brand, I’d suggest spending your money with one that truly prioritises quality and customer satisfaction.
Bought mascara and liner pack Habbibi for my wife. She wanted to switch from Dior. Absolute waste of money because she says mascara isn’t smudge proof and the rest don’t worth the price and hype. Sorry huda you are a lovely human being but your products aren’t…..!
Update: Sara is wonderful,I was refunded for item not receive, and was very kindI placed an order for a limited edition restock, was charged the full about for two bottles of perfume $193.50, when I received my package only one of the perfumes were in the package and the sample, the packing slip states there are supposed to be TWO perfumes and a sample, I PAID for TWO and was charged for TWO, I contacted them in regards to them sent proof, and photos they asked for even included a video of right when I opened the package, their response is to ask for photos again, I send them again, as well as contact them on social media, no response, this is unacceptable it’s theft and scamming customers, I’m giving them a couple more days to respond and correct this before I file a dispute and report them to the better business bureau, and post all this information on social media to warn others to stay away
I placed an order for 2 bottles of perfume, only received one. I sent an email over a week ago asking if I’d receive the second bottle separately. When I finally got a response from Sage, I was told it was out of stock and would I like a refund. I sent the photos that was asked of me. It’s been days since I’ve heard anything and even when I reply, it takes days for a response. I just want my money back for the item I didn’t receive and I will go away. The customer service is insanely bad. This should not take over a week to handle, and I will never deal with this company again. Do better Huda
Got my order, wanted to return same day after I got it. Submitted the request… still 8 days later and no return label sent to me. Checked to see the progress… they said refund would take a few days… but I haven’t even got the return label!!!! They must be confused. Also how does it take over 1 week to get a label sent through email… super upsetting. I wish they had quicker chats or at least a number to call.
yesterday I made order from europe, I was bit scared, because of the reviews, but when I made an order, I got email from huda beauty ,that order was succesfull and may take up to 1 - 2 business days to be processed and today they shipped order and I got shipping tracking number, so everything look just fine to me.
