Ordered 2 bottles of utopia coco on separate orders and a vanilla hand cream on one of those orders also, to recieve 2 emails saying the perfume was out of stock and i would recieve refunds for each order. Contacted customer services online and they assured me that the perfume was in stock for my orders and the emails were a system glitch and my orders had been shipped. When my first order arrived a few days later only the handcream was in the package and I received a refund for both orders in my bank. One order was fully refunded, however the other order with the handcream costing £137, they only refunded me £83.58 as i had only received the handcream costing £30 for which i had used £30 of my Huda points i had expected a refund of £107 for the perfume. I contacted customer services who said they were sorry and let them have a few days to sort it out. 1 week later not sorted, no communication, they are ignoring several emails i have sent back to them through the past week.no telephone number available to call them in the uk. So a £30 handcream has cost me £53.42. Angry to say the least and disappointed in what i thought was a professional company with a perfume i love.
placed an order on the 15th of Jan and they told me that they will send the item in 3 days. waited for 3 days and here was no info's. got in touch with them and they told me they will send the item in 2 days. and of course they didn't, they gave me a DHL tracking number but wasn't working, called DHL and they told me that they didn't receive the item. emailed them to cancel the order because it's going to be delayed and it's a birthday gift. they didn't cancel the order at all making excesses. and eventually they sent it on the 27th. and now DHL is telling me it going to get delayed again because of Chinese New Year and I should get the item by 5th of FEB. unbelievable, they ruined the birthday gift I was planning. unreliable. don't buy from them.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order in December, and have had no update, no communication and most importantly no sign of my order being dispatched. Please don’t waste your time and money by ordering from them directly. Awful experience.
Trust the negative reviews and don’t buy from this scam company. I received a damaged foundation - the new easy blur one it has grainy dots in the foundation. I contacted them about the issue and all they did was lying about how they’re going to solve this issue but no real solution. It really sucks. I wish I could give a zero. Never buying from this company again.
After numerous emails, I am still waiting for a refund. I returned my items and yet this pathetic company refuses to reply or refund me. I wish I had never ordered from this pathetic and immoral company that steals from innocent customers. "Huda", you should be ashamed of how bad you treat your customers. Stay away!!!!
Never recived my product, which was $140.00 clearly on their behalf someone made a mistake on my address because when it said it was on its way it had partial number, wrong apt. # I went back and looked to see if it was my mistake which I knew it was not because for 1) I have been ordering for years with same address and apt # and 2 when my order was complete it did in FACT give the correct address and apt.# when I realized it was not in my mail box I immediately went to the post office, that is when the post office told me where it was delivered to( which was not an actual apt.# in my complex so I got in touch with hudu beauty multiple times in which they did get back to me in those times but with the excuse of many things to do to FIND my package instead of reimbursing me or replacing my package which was 1) to look for it2) then to file a claim with post office then to get back with them3) they see that it was delivered to a different apartment number then what I put on my order and that I should have changed it. WHICH I did not need to change it which again that shows right there that I did not recive it because it went to a wrong address Which then I showed them with actually copies and proof from the post office and their mistake when order was on it’s was as well as my order from which I first ordered the actual item which AGAIN that in fact I did not need to change my address that they delivered it to because that’s not my address 4) then they told me that are Not going to reimburse me or give me the product that I never recived and paid for( $140.00) and in the same sentence to file something with my bank….I did a lot of shopping and pointing all my clients in thus direction to purchase their stuff which I will No longer do, and will let everyone know that this business is a sham and takes your money( thieves) at the end of the day all I wanted was the product because it in fact was a Christmas gift( special gift) for someone that turned into a back and forth thing because these are not honest people
