I placed an order worth around £150 and one of the item was missing i try to speak to someone on online chat submitted ticket took them days to reaspone and still didnt manage to sort the issue out their said their would send replacement and i still havent recieved it. I won't ever be shopping hudas product anymore the customer service is awful! Kayali perfume are so overrated and hyped up i purchased it and it smells awful the samples I recieved tested them out. I also ordered two 50ml ones i couldn't even return them even though they packed and not been opened 😒 so dissapointing the service you recieve like why would I wanna talk to a robot online? I'm so disgusted after spending that much amount and no help!

DO NOT BUY FROM HUDA BEAUTY!They will take your money and never respond to any concerns. I have been trying to reach them for over a WEEK because my package is on hold by DHL. When i contacted DHL they said that the shipper - Huda Beauty - placed a restriction and that I should contact them. I have reached out to them and no response. Ive never seen such level of horrible customer service and i will be reporting them to customer service agencies. Truly a humiliating and exhausting experience.

If it was a 0 star, I would've chose that. I ordered the Kayali miniature vanilla set for $99 and one of the four bottles apparently spilled out because the bottle wasn't as full as the other 3 and it was some goo on the side of the bottle (like jelly, guessing my perfume). I emailed them because there isn't a 1800# for customer service. They replied back almost immediately in which I was hopeful that they would straighten this out as soon as possible but no. Ok first they wanted proof of purchase I guess, asking for the invoice. I responded back immediately with pictures of invoice. Then they asked for pictures of the bottle, I showed the defective bottle in comparison with the other bottles. Then they asked for more pictures, so I sent more pictures along with a video.. You know what their response was??? Send more pictures, I'm done I will never buy anything else from them, I was a first time customer and this was how they treated me, if you buy anything from them just be aware of their customer service, which is horrible!!!

I am very disappointed that I ordered a £250 worth of make up for it now to be lost,im just a broke teenager. i always buy from this brand so disappointed!!!!!!!! .im so upset that i have lost so much money from a brand that i loved........

No Customer Service Response and Incorrect Items Received

I purchased several products from the Cyber Craze and when I received my package, it contained an entirely different order with almost nothing I had ordered. The value of the products was nowhere near what I ordered either. There was no packing slip included either like they mention on their site. I’ve submitted a “ticket” via the contact us section on their website three times and tried to use their chat feature and I’ve received no response and 0 help to fix this.

Received a completely empty box!

A zero star rating !!!! I paid a significant amount of money for my order, only to receive an EMPTY BOX. I’ve been trying to follow up with Huda Beauty customer service since November 24, sending multiple emails with no effective response. The ignorance and lack of care from this brand are unbelievable.It’s clear they don’t care about their customers. This is the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I’ll never buy from Huda Beauty again and would strongly advise others to stay away.

Amazing makeul and great service

I ordered a few bits this Black Friday's event and I am impressed by the service I received. Due to the event the products cost was super low, the delivery was super quick and free! My products are great - the classic Huda beauty quality and I received a thank you email what was a lovely touch. Thank you Huda beauty, you have a return customer in my face.
