Review Time
Despite that the website has its limitation in terms of handling orders. The customer service team make up for it. Quick and responsive. All I can say is that this company ethic and values as per customer service are beyond generous and great. The products are really good.
Requested support on an item i needed to refund (the colour did not meet the description). Was ignored until I went to Twitter and asked, then someone asked me about tracking details for a label they never sent me. That’s the only communication from them that I have had. So I’m still waiting to return this product a month after my initial request. Nobody replies to my email enquiries. The products might be okay but I expect customer service to actually communicate with customers and permit returns as advertised on the website.
UPDATE 9/20… Amy corrected order finally arrived! Products are great and they shipped the replacement super fast! My only negative comment is how long it took customer service to respond but at least they finally fixed it. UPDATE 9/17… Customer service finally reached out a week after I emailed them and said they will be replacing my order. See if it arrives! I am very frustrated! I recently ordered the complete Easy Blur line (primer, foundation, and powder) and when I finally received my order (box addressed to me) someone else’s product and invoice was inside. I opened a help request on Monday and haven’t received any updates or acknowledgement. I really want my products as I’m leaving for vacation soon! I love Huda products but this is making me rethink purchasing anything else from them.
I personally highly recommend Huda beauty products. I have tried many products now and without fail each one has done exactly what it was intended to do and surpassed my expectations. I’ve genuinely never found a make up brand that I’ve been satisfied with every single product! Great quality make up
I placed an order on the 6 th August in the Uk and Huda have said items shipped they are on the way with a Yodel tracking number . The tracking number shows that the items are still with sender so what are you sending me ???? Air ??? To make things worse my order number is not even valid at Huda it doesn’t even show on their website ??? What pathetic service is this? Where is my order ? There is no customer service and no response just redirects you to an email which I have sent 3 times now and nothing just silence ! I will never order from Huda this was my first time ordering and definitely the last ! The worst service ever !
This Company is AWFUL! I would never spend another dime with HudaBeauty. I returned ONE item 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a refund, nor did I receive ANY correspondence regarding my return. After a week, I reached out on my own, in search of my refund; since then it’s been a back and forth email game regarding the order number, dates, the item I returned, a picture of the USPS tracking number THAT THEY PROVIDED TO ME etc… I’ll probably get an email next asking for my blood type and how many kids I have. I despise this Company and just want my refund so I NEVER have to deal with them again. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, to say I think Huda is amazing, her customer service teams are a very poor representation of her company. I have spent 2 weeks conversing with Riley who has been busy chasing up the wrong refund after asking for pictures of receipts, dates etc. What a waste of time and resources!
Reay unhappy with delivery, customer service is totally lacking all I get is we will come back to you in 1-2 days repetitively.I am disgusted, they've taken my money but are not even telling me when I can expect my order!WILL NOT USE AGAINPLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!
