Really happy with my purchase from HugTerra! The massager works great. The heat and vibration settings feel amazing and really help me relax after a long day. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and feels well made.Shipping was fast and the team was super friendly and helpful with updates. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Overall, a really good experience and I’d definitely recommend it!
This product is a scam, they advise 60 days to return and that buyer pays return. Then when you ask for a return they tell you that you have to mail it to Belgium and it will be really expensive so they recommend keeping it and they will send you 30% back. When you ask for the address to return it to so that you can figure out how much the return will actually cost, they provide an invalid address.
Hugterra doesn't work save your money, after 48 hours of using hugterra, I tried to call their number to initiate a return. Sorry no phone calls accepted you have to send an email. I had to send two emails before they responded and wouldn't you know it their return facility is in Europe. Hugterra was real quick to point out in the fine print returns are paid for by the customer and returns to Europe or real expensive. Here's what we can do for you you can keep the hugterra and will give you a 30% refund that's all you will end up with by returning it.
I ordered the Hugterra Massage Belt for low back pain. It came with a small instruction book with very little instructions. There are these green menthol pads that I had no idea what to do with them. After using it several times, I was very disappointed in the product. The noise level when you are using it is crazy! After reaching out to customer service, the only thing they said was they were sorry and the cost to return the product would be huge since it is made out of the country. I received a minimal refund which wasn't even half of what I paid for it and was told to keep the product. Trustpilot, which is reputable business review site, red flagged this company for false reviews. Certain hugterra links take me to a page that is not able to be opened. Again, makes me think this is a sure way to take customer money from them with a quick apology, too expensive to mail back for a full refund. So they just conned and deceived me and I would not ever order from this company again!!
