I ordered the neck massager in October. I was surprised how quickly it arrived. Customer Service was very helpful with my questions. While the massager did not help my particular neck issue, I passed it along to a good friend and she is finding it very helpful.

Customer service is very responsive!The hugterra didn't work for me, but they offer me 50% refund, and I will keep the product to give as a gift to someone. I agree that it's a good solution, considering the hassle of returning the product. Now I just have to wait for the 50%refund.
