Review Time
I've had a few inpost deliveries now..
The first few times were great, no issue at all,
The last time however consisted of days of tracking telling me my parcel was out for delivery then a few hours later telling me it was back at a depot.
I ended up calling to be told that the lockers were full so everytime a driver had tried to deliver my parcel to the locker, they couldn't.
I'll try and avoid anything that needs to be dropped off at an Inpost locker in future if possible as by the time I got my item the occassion it was bought for had been and gone.
My parcel went missing even after I placed it in the correct compartment and received confirmation that it was locked. Customer support was unhelpful and showed no responsibility. This issue always seems to happen with valuable items, which is very concerning. Totally unacceptable service. Zero trust.
Couldn't collect parcel as didn't get code no contact to contact you had to get shoe to sort out code and finally got my parcel. Lastlr I never asked it to be sent to parcelshop but getting code is problematic causing more work for the shop than need be. I was told that you took over yodel, they were exactly the same in that case sender wouldn't help and I couldn't get code and sho had my parcel for nearly two weeks and accepted my id to collect it as I wouldn't of been able to return as sender didn't want to know. Therefore this code you need to change this and just request id just like evri. Much easier and less hassle. Therefore the service was appalling, sends your stress levels high. Please change to accept id. That way you'll get better reviews.
Went to 2 different locations ar 7am before work in the driving rain and neither would scan the barcode and trying to type in didn't work properly either. Had to try later on, still did not scan but managed to type it in
I've used InPost multiple times now and I'm really happy with the service. My latest parcel arrived perfectly and that's been the case every single time. No damage, no delays, no stress. It's become my go-to option for online shopping deliveries and returns.
Highly recommend to everyone to use inpost lockers for sending vinted things rather than Everi or Yodel and in post is so much faster. I have never had a problem with not being able to have send out a delivery to the buyer.
I received a message to inform me my parcel had arrived and I could pick it up. I went to collect it and showed the QR code and was given my parcel by a friendly man behind the counter. In post worked well and efficiently!
