The handset to enter your email address is not user friendly at all. @ sign could only be accessed via another language and full stop was impossible to find. Shop assistant struggled and had to seek further help. Handset charged 60% but wouldn’t come on. Awful American system.

My parcel went back and forth from Lutterwoth to Warrington 4 times. the chatbot was useless and the 5...yes 5 customer service agents were hopeless, some even blaming the sender🤷‍♂️. They had it a full week and when it finally arrived I got an apology message a few hours later saying that they aim to get your package to you soon and there is a dedicated team working on it😂They said it had been put in the wrong locker, but the timeline on the app said it had never reached any destination other than the depots It is now too late for the birthday so I had to get something else quick. I asked about compensating me and they told me that the sender would have to deal with it....Absolute joke

Quick and hassle-free service, ideal for newcomers.

Rapid pick up and delivery. No need for printing. It couldn't be simpler, making it perfect for those just starting out. Initially, I was a bit anxious since there’s no need to write the address on the package or attach a label at the drop-off location. It’s straightforward—just place it in the box. Truly easy, and there are plenty of options available in the area.

Frustrating experience with parcel collection

I went to retrieve my package from a small locker, which contained a plastic coffee travel cup. The sender had securely packaged it in a box with bubble wrap and fragile labels. However, when I opened the locker, I found my parcel wedged inside. I had a hard time getting it out without damaging the item, as the box was clearly crushed from the courier's attempt to fit it in.

Convenient for pickups, but drop-offs can be frustrating.

This is quite effective when collecting a parcel, but not so much for drop-offs. Frequently, the lockers are full when I attempt to drop off, leading to a lengthy walk to find another one. I understand I can check the app, but the locker is right across the street, and I forgot to check this time, only to discover it was full. Although these are new lockers and they seem to know they need more, it clearly isn't sufficient. They might also need to empty them more regularly. I do enjoy the feature of opening them remotely, though! 😜

Tracking was smooth, but pickup was problematic

I was able to track the package without any issues, but the pickup at the store was a different story. The service indicated that the package was ready for collection, but when I arrived, I couldn't retrieve it because I hadn't received the required QR code. I attempted to reach out to the support team, but there was no phone number or email listed on the website, and the app was not helpful either. I went back to the store, and they managed to get the service to send the necessary code to my email.

Issues with QR code service and label printing

I chose the QR code service instead of printing a label. When I visited the shop, they scanned the QR code, but the machine failed to print the label. Meanwhile, the tracking indicated it was already in transit! The service team claimed it wasn't their issue and I needed to obtain another label from the platform!

Convenient QR code access, but retrieval was tricky

Opening the locker with the QR code was straightforward, but getting the item out was challenging since it was pushed deep into the locker, located at the top. It would be better to position it lower and closer to the front next time.
