I've consistently secured a locker for pickups when necessary; packages are collected promptly, and deliveries are typically within three days (often even sooner) after pickup. I haven't faced any damages or losses. Overall, it's a fantastic system based on my experiences!

I've faced FOUR separate false collection claims, all labeled as “attempted” when no real attempt was made. The driver's photos showed the courier nowhere near my door, and at one point, my front door was clearly open. These issues were escalated, acknowledged as unacceptable, and supposedly resolved — yet the problems continued.
Then, a more serious issue arose.
A delivery (not a collection) was canceled. I clearly informed the courier about this. Despite my instructions, the courier took a photo, removed the package, and left with it, leading to a tracking update stating the package had been “delivered”. It was not delivered.
What makes matters worse is the follow-up handling.
Every reply I receive comes from a different person, none of whom seem to have read the previous messages. They repeatedly mention a different service, even though the delivery in question is unrelated. I correct them, but the next response again references that service. Then another agent chimes in. It just keeps repeating.
There are multiple ticket numbers and escalations, yet nothing is truly resolved. The responses are generic, scripted, and factually incorrect. At no point does anyone take responsibility or show understanding of the situation.
This isn't just poor service — it's draining. You end up spending more time fixing their errors than addressing the original issue. If you're vulnerable or simply expect basic competence, this is a dreadful experience.
