This was my first experience with the service, and I would definitely recommend it. It eliminates the hassle of dealing with postal service issues. Once your package is delivered to your selected collection point, you receive an email with a code, making it incredibly simple and stress-free to pick up your parcel.
My experience with the service has been quite favorable. I encountered one issue where a parcel was reported as damaged; however, upon requesting a return, the item was perfectly fine. This may have been an incident involving an inexperienced user. Overall, I believe the service is reliable, especially if you print your own labels to avoid any delivery errors.
I did not receive any notification about the package's arrival on the app or via email; I was only informed that it had departed and was out for delivery. When I checked the app a few days later, it indicated that the package was at the store. I visited the store four times with all the necessary information, but they claimed they had no record of it. The sender then contacted the support team, who stated that the store had not scanned it correctly, so I returned once more, only to hear the same story. Now, three weeks after the package was marked as arrived, I visited again with a phone number provided by the sender. The storekeeper searched through the packages and finally found mine, but refused to hand it over, stating it wasn't registered and asked me to return later to speak with someone else—unfortunately, I work all day. I attempted to call the provided number, but it led to an AI app that couldn't comprehend the issue. I called a second time in front of the storekeeper, which seemed to prompt him to interact with the parcel machine. Miraculously, this action resulted in him finally giving me the package, remarking that it worked now. The package contained food for Christmas treats, which had expired, so I had to throw it away. While the service might not be entirely at fault, there is a clear need for better training for the stores handling these parcels.
I typically receive good service from this provider, but lately, parcels have been vanishing from my account. It explicitly states that these parcels have disappeared, and they were not delivered either. These contained wonderful Christmas gifts for my family, which has left me quite disappointed.
Dishonest drivers led to an empty locker, and the support team showed no concern. They could have quickly opened a case since they have CCTV, but instead, they chose a lengthy process that involves going back to the platform, which then contacts the service. It's extremely frustrating. I recommend steering clear.
Consistently dependable and user-friendly. Great communication and regular updates. While the turnaround time can sometimes be slower compared to other couriers, the convenience of 24/7 access and numerous local locker options makes up for it.

After about ten minutes, they finally offered assistance, and ultimately, I discovered my parcel in a box that was labeled with the incorrect arrival date.
Since the new management took over, the service has declined sharply. Packages have been lost, and tracking information has vanished. Delivery commitments are frequently unmet, with items being left on the roadside. This has proven to be a total waste of time and resources. I’ve requested to close my account and return all my packages to the sellers, as I will no longer engage with this logistics provider. It’s hard to believe these drivers are permitted to operate vehicles. The customer service is frustratingly ineffective, and the chat support is less helpful than a simple piece of paper.
I was told my review was inaccurate due to a supposed mix-up with the company. I assure you, it was indeed the right company. I made a purchase through a platform and picked it up from a locker. I retrieved a package, but it wasn't ours, so I reached out to the support team and returned the incorrect item, only to never receive the right one.
