I previously left a negative review due to unsatisfactory service. However, today a wonderful representative reached out and addressed my issue in the manner it should have been handled from the start. Given this experience, I believe it's only right to revise my rating to 5 stars, as I have consistently rated them this way for the past decade. Thank you for your professionalism; I will certainly continue my relationship with the company once I purchase a new property.
The customer service is incredibly poor, characterized by rudeness and a lack of helpfulness. I provided my address four times, and only after I insisted on confirming my location did the representative finally acknowledge that I was in the wrong place.
I received a notification via the app that my parcel was ready for pickup from a nearby locker. However, when I tried to collect it, the locker failed to recognize the details (both the QR code scan and the touch screen entry). While this was frustrating, I reached out to customer support and explained the situation. To my surprise, the next morning I received a new QR code, and I was able to collect my parcel without any issues. Overall, it was a great experience. Sometimes things go wrong, but the support team is ready to assist when they do.
Why would a parcel be placed in the top cabinet and pushed all the way to the back? Fortunately, my locker is in a busy area, and I was lucky enough to get help from a passerby, but at 5’2”, I had no chance on my own. I understand that the lockers can fill up, but it would be helpful if parcels were left at the front.
I purchased a jacket from an online platform and it was delivered using a courier service. The jacket was marked as delivered but was later stolen. I reside in an apartment building on the third floor, yet the package was left on the ground floor in front of a glass door, fully visible from the street. I reached out to the courier via email and was referred to another delivery company. I explained that someone was home during the delivery, and no one rang the doorbell, leaving me puzzled about how the driver accessed the building. I followed the platform's procedures and shared a photo showing the parcel's visibility from the street. The response from the second company indicated that the driver chose to leave the parcel in what he deemed a "safe place," despite my not indicating any such location. I also submitted a denial of receipt form and a crime reference number, but they insisted it was the platform's responsibility to initiate an investigation, even though the platform had already reached out. Now I feel ignored by both parties and am nearly £100 out of pocket. The customer service I received was appalling; it seems like they simply don't care about the driver's poor delivery practices. I will avoid using either service in the future.
As a first-time user, I felt a bit lost initially, but the process turned out to be quite simple. When my locker opened, I noticed another item inside, which made me slightly anxious about my own item being secured. However, overall, I am very satisfied.
Returning my parcel using the locker was quick and straightforward. I parked right next to it, scanned the QR code, the door opened, I placed the parcel inside, closed it, received a confirmation email, and left knowing my parcel was securely stored and ready for collection. I will certainly use this locker service again.
Extremely user-friendly and accessible for posting or picking up items whenever you want. I'm very satisfied with this service. There's even a real person available for assistance if needed!
