Good service for decent rates

Good service for decent rates. The app is a little clunky and not super intuitive (should be able to get around easier). But overall it is a good value for the money.

Generally good

Generally good, but I was not notified of any issues when my credit card needed updating. So on a Friday evening I went into panic that suddenly things might not be working. Support was responsive and I got things set back up, but I'm not sure if that technically would create any problems with HIPAA if they suddenly dropped by text backups on me. I've also had issues with the app not playing nice with Bluetooth headphones. If I try to listen to a VM on them, it keeps disconnecting and going back to phone.

Messages do not always get delivered-…

Messages do not always get delivered- Service gets cut off or interrupted if “global credits run out”. Calls go to personal voicemail sometimes-

So far it has worked well for keeping business and personal stuff separate. I feel good having a HIPAA compliant phone line without having to get a seperate phone.

UI is not that great. SPAM calls still come through and its more expensive.

I love their services for my business

I love their services for my business. Can be a bit buggy at times but is usually resolved quickly. They are quick to respond if I have issues or questions. Overall would recommend!

hipaa complaint fax line

I bought this number to establish a hipaa compliant fax line for my private practice. The only reason I took a star off is because Iplum does not provide a record of my sent/received faxes in my Iplum account. I can track these in my business email if I were to get them organized, but this feature would greatly improve the fax plan.
