iPlum for business line is great

iPlum has a lot of features to help me manage my business. My favorite is that it lets me know when I'm about to receive a business call so that I can prioritize more easily.

User friendly for all staff and clients

iPlum is user friendly for all our staff and clients. We especially like the phone tree where our clients can be directed to the correct person or department.The customer service was quick to respond and helpful too. Definitely will recommend iPlum to others.

Wish I didn't have to click icons on…

Wish I didn't have to click icons on the side to access tools. Also, and I understand if this is my issue, I don't believe I'm getting notifications from iPlum. Other than that, despite the laborious process of getting access to everything iPlum offers, it's worked well for me.

Mostly satisfied

Overall, I am happy with IPlum. The wait time (about ten days) to get up and running with the number I chose was frustrating in that it complicated contact with clients. Since it’s been in effect, it’s been good but I have experienced some hiccups - I sent a couple of texts and the texts didn’t actually send. It wasn’t until I reached out to clients again that I found out they texts hadn’t sent. I had a notice after my text that said “invalid number”, even though I had already texted to this number before and after sending that text.

Perfect for Therapists!

After a horrible experience with a similar service, iPlum has been such a relief. It does everything I need it to do and is simple to look at and navigate on my laptop and phone. The fact that I can schedule text messages is amazing for me. Love the features. Perfect for my private practice as a therapist. Waiting for the SMS registration process so I could text clients outside of the secure messaging in the app was irritating, but that had nothing to do with iPlum and I would have had to do that with any company. Just plan to have a week or two wait if you're going to need that feature.

Solid, Reliable, and Does the Job

I use iPlum to stay in touch with my therapy clients between sessions, and it works exactly as I need it to. Calls and texts come through seamlessly, and from the client’s perspective, it looks like a normal text message, which is great.The one small headache was getting the TCR (Carrier Text Registry) setup—took about a week and a half, and I had to email support to move things along. Not the end of the world, but a bit of a hassle.What I like most is the ability to set up out-of-office messages and the simplicity of the app. It’s not overloaded with unnecessary features, just clean and easy to use.Having a separate number for clients instead of giving out my personal cell has been very nice. It’s reliable, functional, and does exactly what I need it to do.✔ Would recommend to other therapists or professionals looking for a simple, no-fuss business line.

Seamless & Customizable

I use iPlum for my work number. I appreciate how seamless the calling and text messages are. I really like the ability to set up custom DND times. The customizability in general is great. I haven’t had any issues with dropped or fuzzy calls. It’s been great so far.
