Review Time
I think this company words their advertisements so that they can get therapists who care about privacy to buy this service. I bought something thinking it would be one price, but then to get everything to truly work like you need to, all of these other "features" are added and cost extra money. The customer service I would rank from horrible to non-existent. They either weren't helpful or just not responding. Then the software itself was a little buggy. I finally gave up. No matter how much something costs, it's not worth the headache of horrible customer service.Edit:I'm just responding to the person from iPlum who responded to this review, and according to the email I got from TrustPilot, iPlum wants me to take my review down. I think this is really unfair of you after even on the date of experience here (updated) the app still wasn't working the way that I expected. This may seem inexpensive to you, but it makes it seem that the service is one price, then in order to get a BAA, I had to add a backup plan, which was extra. And there was nothing I needed that for that a regular phone company wouldn't have just included in the price (a log of my calls). Then if I don't pay annually I have to pay $20 for a BAA. Those are extras to me, even if it doesn't seem that way to you. Why are you charging $20 for a BAA if your service is not paid for annually? I couldn't include the link here, but I do hope people really research the costs before using this service.
A lot of great help. He really tried to find a local number but y’all did not have any numbers affiliated with Bryan/College Station, Tx for new numbers. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the help I received. Looking forward to adding this feature to our business.
iPlum is fantastic. Easy to use, easy to download, and something I didn't even realize I needed. My job was getting way too stressful when I wasn't able to prepare for who was calling. iPlum definitely helped save me time, and the auto attendant feature helped save me the trouble of directing my calls. Very happy with it and would recommend.
iPlum's customer service agent was extremely diligent with troubleshooting the immense amount of spam calls and messages that were getting through on my business line. Their service is prompt, professional, and thorough and is scheduled on the customer's end. Outstanding!
I am pretty satisfied with the phone line portion of the app. I do wish I could add a contact from the voicemail page right after listening to a voicemail. I switched to the fax service more recently and am not satisfied with it. I get an email confirming that a fax was sent to a certain number but there is no option to get a copy of what was faxed or prove even what file was sent. This really doesn't work out well when you are later trying to prove when and what was sent. I emailed iplum about it and never got a reply. After seeing the below reply, I am really looking forward to the update on the fax and I will stick with the fax subscription for a little longer to see how it works. 2nd Edit: iplum reached out and I spoke with an account manager...I now know where to go to see my sent faxes!
