A dreadful company, item bought was of poor quality, asked if I could send it back, but was told it would cost between £20-£30 as it went back to Asia! They offered a full refund voucher, and said I could keep the top, when I later looked at reviews and saw the problem they were having I asked for a full money refund, they came back with offer of 30% but I pointed out that others had received 50%, they agreed to this, but only if I gave them a 5 star review on this site, I had to do this in order to get my 50% refund, I call this blackmail. I will never order from them again!
Do not buy from this company under any circumstances. They false advertise. I ordered the Orla waterproof coat. It arrived absolutely nothing like the advert, I've seen more waterproof rags. It had no spring toggles on the strings. They offered 30% refund. I told them don't insult me. Now they've offered a 50% discount. They are disgusting
I purchased the elegant jumpsuit which arrived promptly and well packaged. It is a lovely outfit but doesn't suit my body shape. I have been offered a part refund which I will use to have minor adjustments made to suit me. I would buy from this company again.
Ordered a dress from Ivy Luna when I received it it was to big, my first thoughts were that I was going to have a nightmare returning it but I got in touch with their customer service team, who came back to me promptly & they arranged a replacement, apart from the wait time for the delivery, very happy with the outcome ! Fingers crossed the replacement will be all good 👍🏻
Dress ordered was definately NOT the quality of the one in the photo. Fabric thin and flimsy. No care instructions and what fabric it is made from. Dress too large, and after sending photos of the item to receive a refund, I was informed I have to return it to Asia. I was offered a gift voucher for 100% of the cost. Why would I want more inferior goods!Nice worded responses are not good enough.
I can’t even give them zero stars, which is what I want to. The items turned up, looked nothing like the photos. In fact one dress could have set fire to itself without a flame being in any proximity! I sent everything back, after a very long debacle- “oh we’ll give you 30% off, when I rejected that, it was 50% off” No, I don’t want your awful clothes. Let me return them. Having spent £30 to send the appalling specimens of clothes back to China, they are now asking for everything, which I have already provided. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT order anything!! I am over £100 down and regretting ordering items of clothes that I wouldn’t even blow my nose on - they were that disgusting!!!

I fell in love with a beautiful coat. It took a few weeks to come. Coat arrived. It was nothing like advertised. It looked more like a hoodie than a coat. I was totally disappointed. What I realised was dealing with 3 outlets. Had to return it and take a 50%loss. Luna Ivy response said no refund for return cost as it was in the terms and conditions. Shocking really when they advertise something totally different to what you get. So no more shopping on websites that I haven't heard of. A hard lesson learned.ALWAYS READ TERMS ON THESE WEBSITES.
