Ordered what I would have described as an autumn coat, look lovely and good material in advertisement. I have heaviert, shirts in my wardrobe. It was flimsy and small fitting. I too took the 50% refund, as the Company was listed as Ivy Luna UK,apparently reside in Aisa. Lesson learned for me 👀 🙈

Ordered Knitwear, sent a printed fleece. Dreadful company, AVOID at all costs.

I ordered knitwear, I received a printed fleece. I complained, asked for a full refund and a prepaid label to return the item.Originally I was offered a gift card for 100% of the value, I declined. I repeated my request and was offered a 30% refund and to keep the item. Again I declined. I repeated my request. I was offered 50% refund as a final offer and joy of joys, I get to keep the cheap and nasty looking item. I have taken the offer as I'm fed up with them but have reported them to Consumerline and the Competitions and Marketing Agency for false representation of goods on the website and the breach of the Consumer Act 2015.

Dress poor quality - return postage £30

The dress is very poor quality and looks nothing like the one on the website. It is far too long. I went to return it only to find out that although they look as if they have a shop in London it is all coming from China and it will cost £30 to send back the dress which I paid £40 for which I do not think is particularly cheap. Making a return is so difficult you have to email them and then wait for them to respond. I think I will just put this one down to stupidly buying things from websites without checking their trustpilot reviews first.! Maybe they will contact me when they receive my email and offer me something and I will update my Review with that happens but I am not about normal. I would definitely definitely not buy again. You cannot risk this kind of money with no option to return things.

Bought a coat that came in very poor…

Bought a coat that came in very poor quality . Pictures show a different view. Size also not accurate. Tried to return but told I would have to pay postage to Asia for £20-£30 so would at be a disadvantage despite the. Company name has UK in the title plus contact address on website is London but they want return to Asia. Never never buy from this company

DISHONEST & MISLEADING

Dishonest advertising. Their website says they are in London. The garments took six weeks to arrive; they were huge, not what I ordered, and they looked nothing like what they advertised. The material is flimsy, and none of the garments had tags. When I said I wanted to return the items for a refund, they asked me to send them to China via international recorded delivery, costing almost £30I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS COMPANY.
