Dress looks like a cheap copy of the one advertised - it doesn't hang nicely as it does in the advert & cardigan is as bad - bitterly disappointed - don't be fooled by 'UK' in the name - returns done in Asia so return postage is expensive..

Poor quality item, returns to Asia at customer cost. I was sent an address to return to but it couldn’t be found in any courier database so I had to accept a 50% refund.Avoid this company 😡

Took a long time to arrive and the fit…

Took a long time to arrive and the fit very tight. Material was very flimsy and item is nothing like shown on the video. I emailed the company and had a polite reply the next day offering a gift voucher/credit note for the full amount which I declined and they agreed a 50% refund which I accepted as it would cost £30 to return the item to China. I’ve had timely replies but the quality of the item was not good

Buyer Be Aware

TOTALLY SHOCKED AT THE CHEAP FABRIC. Really slow on delivery plus the dress is nothing like what I saw online. The quality of the fabric and the fabric is totally different to what they advertised. This is a SCAM. I am so pleased I paid with my credit card to protect me. Buyer be aware - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
