Avoid at all costs!!

Avoid at all costs!!! Dress took 2 weeks to arrive and came as a 2 piece nothing like what was shown on the website. Tried to return this they argued back and forth (still ongoing) and trying to offer a 30% refund or a gift card even tho I offered to pay for postage which is £30, for a full refund !!! Absolutely shocking would never order from here again! Avoid at all costs

DO NOT USE!!

DO NOT USE!!Ordered what looked a beautiful looking dress online turned out to be something you would wear for domestic duties. You have to cover the courier costs if you want to return it which costs nearly as much as the item itself. They offer a gift card to save you the hassle to get more of their awful products.

Firstly advertised as a dress on receipt it was a skirt and top very cheap material nothing like picture on website which says ivyluna.uk it’s in china not uk asked for details to return was told I could have 100%credit note checked website absolute garbage not I would buy so refused then offered 30% refund again I refused but was getting fed up with emails back and forth and said I would accept 50% they agreed if I would give them a five star review I didn’t then I was emailed again and told if I didn’t give 5 star review I would not receive my refund terrible experience bullied into giving 5 star review I did and received 50% in bank few days later Do not purchase from this company absolutely awful

Awful quality and nothing like as described- beware!

Buyers beware! Bought earrings as a gift, they looked lovely of course in their photos. They are awful. Faulty too, as one back/ keeper was missing. They are scratched and poorly made. Worthy of the bin, not as a gift for anyone! They are polite and apologetic at customer services and ask you to return items to China, at an extortionate cost. They do not respect UK consumer law for full refunds for faulty or ‘not as described’ items. Eventually you will be offered a gift card or a partial refund of up to 50%. I would avoid at all costs as I think you will be disappointed with the goods you receive.

Returns process a nightmare

I ordered one dress in two sizes, of which neither where true to size. The quality was poor, and the material is flimsy. I contacted the company to return the dresses as they are of no use to me. The first response was to give me a 100% credit, which I don't want, as the Company isn't one I would buy from again . The Company then said they would give me a 30% refund and keep the dresses, which I don't want. By paying for the return postage, I would still be better off financially getting a 100% refund. I am waiting to hear if they will send me the details to retune the dresses.

A positive outcome with customer service.

Although I don’t usually do reviews in this case I feel I should. After initially being disappointed with the coat I purchased as soon as I e-mailed customer service communication was superb and with a very friendly tone. We came to a good result for both of us. So I now feel happy to use Luna again.

I’ve had a great experience with Ivy Luna. My mother wanted a jacket ordered and it was too small. I emailed Ivy Luna and they got back to me promptly and returning for an exchange was not a problem for them. Highly recommend and look forward to future purchases x
