Just got fabulous new Orla waterproof…

Just got fabulous new Orla waterproof coat. Perfect but a bit small - so maybe order one size larger than you’d expect. Great customer service though - couldn’t have been more helpful. A very fast response. They don’t do exchanges but they promised me to be able to keep the old one and offered to send me a different size instead. Would definitely recommend.

Reality check … really cheap-looking clothes

Really cheap-looking clothes. They look fab in the adverts, but the reality is that they are cheap, crumpled-looking, bad quality garments. The delivery was v slow (weeks, not days) and the customer service only interested in their policy, not the individual!They have the nerve to charge you tracked postage on FAULTY goods returns. Appalling company - I will NEVER use them again.

SCAM! False advertising, terrible quality clothing. Misleading with a UK address, but returns are complicated and to Asia at £20-£30! Do not buy anything!!
