do not buy anything

I strongly advise against buying from this company. The products are poorly made and look nothing like what’s advertised. Their returns process is deliberately difficult, and when you finally manage to return something, they only offer a partial refund — as if they’re doing you a favour.This company relies on misleading advertising and unfair policies. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money elsewhere.

Fake copy website

Fake copy website. The item that arrives is similar to the image online but a cheap version. I.e. different cut of sleeves, thinner belt, with no belt loops, different length, bright white instead of off white, no label, sizing off...They use a UK contact address but tell you returns must be to Asia (in small print) and will cost £30.I believe they steal real images and make a beautiful AI website then send a rip off fake copy.I was able to get a refund from Paypal instantly so can't be the first time they have received a return. Make sure you contact your bank to raise a case if you get scammed too.

Absolutely shocking quality

Absolutely shocking quality. Nothing like the pictures. I received my piece of rag (£35) immediately returned. Still2 months later waiting for my refund.

I purchased 2 winter coats when they finally arrived the were much to big for me so have tried to return as they advertised a 30 day money back guarantee on the website,unfortunately they say they can’t do this , but if I gave them a 5 star review they would issue me with a gift card to spend with them , I don’t want anything more from them quality is poor just wasted £84.92 so this is my 5 Star review

The after sales service awful

The after sales service awful, illegible emails re return process and after msny requests for legible process they just stopped contact leaving me with a dress that doesn’t fit .Beware

Where to start???If I could give zero stars I would!Do not believe the photos of the products- nothing like what arrivesDo not think that the quality is great- I wouldn't even give them to a charity shop or use as dusters.Do not believe the 5 star reviews on the order site (all bribed to give a 5 star review)Do not order if you want products within the 6-10 day promise timescale, mine took 15 days, arrived too late for meDo not order what look like high class outfits- cheap material, product bundled into plastic bagsDo not order thinking you can return to quote the "easy returns" process- there are NO RETURNS unless product is faulty (in small print on website but not on the Facebook order site). I ordered one dress in two sizes and colours- now left with 4 crap dresses and £120 down.Do not think that it is a British company- it is based in Asia and you have to send returns to China at your own cost (my quotes ranged from £30 to £85 to return my goods depending on the speed and tracking)Do not expect honest dealings- they ask you to declare only $5 as your parcel worth if you return itemsYou can wangle a refund if you promise to give a 5 star review- enticing others to fall into the trap of losing their money. No thankyou!I have been trying to get a refund for nearly 3 months, hours of my time wasted. They always come up with an excuse. I took out a dispute with my credit card and now IVY LUNA is writing to me to try to resolve it. I hold no hope of getting a refund from them. They are shysters, out to keep your money. In summary, just DO NOT GO THERE if you don't want the poorest quality products, slow delivery, no returns, lost money. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Do not use this company it is in my opinion a scam

I was sent dresses that were not the sizes they claimed, the fabric was shocking and very flammable , the order took a long time to come, I thought I was ordering from the Uk but clearly the garments came from China and need to be returned to China at my expense. Some of their photos look the same as are shown on a higher quality companies website.

Not what it appears

1st thought I was buying from a UK supplier2nd long delivery time3rd brought 3 items in the sale, all cheap fabric would not have paid full price for said items 4th sizing all over the place so needed to return all items. Contacted customer service who came back with a discount to keep the items, again asked for a return form offer a 50% discount to keep the items. Eventually got the form to return only to see that I have to send them back to China at my cost.5th asked to send iten tracked and to say that the value of items is £5 to avoid tariffs! The scepti in me thinks the parcel will be lost and only worth a £5 refund

THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE TRADING: Shoddy goods, when you want to return the items you have more chance of going to the moon.I eventually sent them back to the delivery address on the label as they would not send any details for return. I did a chargeback on my credit card eventually to retreive my money. BE WARNED.

Shocking cowboy company

Shocking cowboy company. Don’t buy. The website clothing looks amazing but reality is it’s cheap rubbish from China. You have to pay to ship back to Asia. Then the goods don’t get released from customs and they come back to you. The company sends endless emails if you want to return offering discounts. In the end I went for a chargeback on my credit card. The website appears uk but it’s not. There’s a photo of a shop in London which doesn’t exist. Stay well away. I’m sending my rubbish items to the charity shop. It’s seriously awful! Takes months to sort!
