I ordered a dress. I was kept up to date with the processing and tracking of my order. When I receive the dress it was lovely but a little tight (turns out I'm bigger than I thought lol!). I contacted the company and they immediately responded and offered me a 100% credit for their store so I could re-order a larger size.
I bought the long green check dress which is cheap polyester, printed and has a white inside liner which looks terrible.It is stiff, tight and does not look or flow anywhere like the pictures. - clearly made with AI. I hope this deters someone from buying it. Customer service so far has been good. Although I haven’t processed a refund with them as yet, still ongoing.
Company is based in China. Everything is posted from China. You have to return it back to China. The quality of the customer service is non-existent. They are not a registered company in England therefore, they are avoiding tax. Which pretty much gives you a sum up of their ethics? Give the impression that they are A UK company use UK models very prime very proper. However. They are not do not buy from this company. The there are not to be trusted
