Lowest of low quality of dresses, nothing closed to what was advertised.…

If there was a zero star that's what they would have had.I bought under the name Ivy luna and on paypal where i submitted my dispute, it was Eagle Essentials.Fake company.I ordered 2 dresses and the quality was so poor I couldn't get myself to even try them on.Secondly, I decided to return items and I was told it will need to be return to China, and I went to post office, I was asked 27 pounds to post them, so I decided not to return and stick with the 50% discount they offered to me to keep the item.Please be careful with this guys.

This company should not be allowed to trade.Try to get a refund they will ask you to put a 5 star rating on your platform only then will you get 50% . Didn't think that was happening. That to me is bullying and to say the least blackmailing. Plus it is not a UK company as advertised it's Asia Scam

Think twice before ordering

I ordered 15 items from Ivy & Luna, and 85% were shockingly poor quality. The return process was a nightmare—slow, complicated, and completely customer-unfriendly. To make matters worse, I had to pay exorbitant postage costs to return items to China, which is outrageous. This company clearly prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Ivy & Luna

I made the mistake of ordering the…

I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size of coat and when I contacted Ivy Luna they replied almost immediately offering me a 100% gift card so that I could get the correct size. Their customer service was fantastic and I would have absolutely hesitation in recommending them.
