I bought a wallet for my husband for Christmas and it came in a box, so easy to wrap. Had it personalised for free. My hubby loves the wallet, its a lovely quality leather. He likes how the card compartments have a little cutaway so its easier to get the cards out. The mocha colour is rich and it looks expensive. Very pleased with this product. The service was very efficient too.
Ordered a personalised passport holder for a friend's birthday. Lovely quality and well packaged. I've ordered a few items previously and they were just as good. On this occasion I got caught in the middle of a busy Black Friday promotion! and left it late for my friend's birthday...I messaged customer services and pleaded to be fast tracked..they obliged and sent it by UPS so that it arrived in time for my friend's birthday. 5* for quality and service from me.
Ordered a bag (have had 2 previously very good) this bag came with a missing zip. I emailed to request one be sent. They responded promptly apologising and said they would send a zip immediately. 10 days later still no zip. Not good when you pay a significant amount of money for a bag. Bags are great quality so hopefully this is just a blip on their partUpdate 2 1/2 weeks later after having no joy with customer services someone higher up picked up my complaint and sent me a new bag and a small gift. Still disappointing it took so long but a happy customer now.
