Bought a $100 card in Manitoba on Sat and then when i tried to use it on Today it was declined, when i looked online it says the card was used in the USA which wasnt me. costumer service is horrible its just a BOT. DO NOT BUY JOKER CARDS!!!
I have two Joker Mastercard prepaid cards and niether one will work. When I try to check the balance or register the card, I get an error message that the request can not be processed and to call the 1800 number. That is an other joke! you go in circles with the AI woman and never can speak to anyone! What a waste of money! DO NOT BUY a Joker Card because it is a joke!
After 3 1/2 weeks of tring to speak with anyone on the phone ( only automated AI ), and absolutely zero help on email ( same generic corporate cookie cutter response every time ), I am giving up on getting any help with my card not working. Save yourself the the stress and your money, and use a differnet card company. In the end it cost me $100 to have the company say " we are truly sorry for the inconvienece". It's not an inconvenience, it's a total lack of caring, and a total scam. The card does not work, and it will never work, and I am out $100. This may not be alot of money to Joker Visa, but it's alot of money to me. Beyond disappointed.Second attempt to get helpWrote my original review ( below ) on Feb 24, and recieved a generic response. The web site tells me that it is unable to register the card, and to contact Customer Service. I called the phone number on the back of the card, and the it tells me the card has not been activated. This is an automated system, that is horrible to navigate, poor options, and I have been unable to get a hold of a real person after 4 attempts. The phone help line just keeps kicking me off the system, then I have to call back a try again, and again, and again ( broken record ). Unfortnatley I do not have the reciept for the card, and I am out $100 plus the activation fee the store charged me when I bought the card, and and I am extremely frustrated I can not actually speak with a person. This is the first time I have used the Joker card, and the expierence has been absolutly horrible. Usually I used the VISA "Perfect Gift" cards and they work flawlessly. Well at least they got the name on the card right.DO NOT PURCHASE. I purchased a $50 card and by the time I paid for it go home and registered it I had balance of 23.42 on the joker card. Not to mention a $4.99 charge at the till. When I was able to see the transactions 2 of them where fees by the card company peoples and another charge that looked like it was a convenience store. Looked for a customer service # or dispute line but to no avail. Instead like so many other companies you have this long drawn out form and procedure to follow that most people dont bother. Well dont bother it got me nowhere . I received 1 call which I missed and 2 -3 days later I received an email saying the file is enclosed.What a JOKE ! As for PEOPLES please change your false name cause obviously your just another large company with billionaires making money off the working who actually support this country by paying taxes not like you bastards.
This Joker card is an absolute joke. I didn't get any cash back for all of my purchases in Old Navy store (worth 122.97$) .When I called customer service, first it's impossible to get to an agent unless you select an option to report lost or stolen card. Then the agent has no idea what I am talking about. After a while, she said my card is not eligible for 5% cash back. I told her it's on your website and she said that might be some other sort of card. This is absolute joke and I would recommend not to buy this joker card.
If i can give this Joker Card -5 i would. I got a 400 dollars joker as a gift for my baby shower, it said on the card to register it first before using. I went online using the link on the back of the card. I registered it, it said registered successfully. Then i went on amazon to use it. It got declined. The second day i went to check my balance and it said 0 dollars remaining.This joker company stole my money and when i tried to call them, they said i got scammed. How can someone get scammed using the exact link on the back of the card.This is absolutely the worst gift card i ever received. Do not use them as they will steal all your money!!!
I received a Jokercard with a $30 gift from my daughter as an anniversary gift. I went online to verify the balance and had to enter too much information for my liking. It didn't give me the balance and to use it online I needed to fill out way too much paperwork. We decided we would use it when we went out for a meal. Unfortunately, someone used our gift to play some online games. Seems to be a BIG SCAM. Spoke for an hour to someone in Columbia about my experience and they want far too much personal information for me to pursue my loss. I would possibly be out thousands with the information they want. Buyer Beware.
I Card for my birthday and I was super excited to use it online I saw on the back of the card that before using online I had to register the card and when I went online to register, it tells me that they had some problems reading my card and to wait some time before checking again so that’s what I did. I waited 24 hours And I checked again same thing I did that for about three days I was fed Up I use the card on Amazon and turns out it was perfectly fine. I don’t have to register anything so I try to check the balance of my card that there is a fraud alert Worst Visa card that I have ever used.
