First order with Joom

First time placing an order with Joom.Ordered a pair of adidas trainers which are too big, the return process is inexistent and I can not contact support team.So far was not able to return my item , despite of several attempts and receiving automated email replies.Very frustrating.

DIRTY, DEFECTIVE, SMALL-SIZED SHOES ARRIVED, AND JOOM'S CUSTOMER SERVICE EAT MY TIME AND NERVES, ALMOST A WEEK JOOM CUSTOMER SERVICE TRIED TO MAKE ME TIRED AS I UNDERSTOOD TO MAKE ME STOP ASKING FOR RETURN AND REFUND: DEFECTS AND SMALL SIZE WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR THEM TO TAKE THE SHOES BACK - I SENT PHOO AND VIDEO MATERIALS WHICH APPROVED MY GRIEVANCE BUT THEY CONTINUED TO ASKING FOR MORE PHOTOS WRITING ME LOT OF BLABLABLA AND NEVER READING CAREFULLY MY GRIEVANSE MESSAGES AND EXPLANATIONS! FINALLY THEY WROTE TO ME TO CUT THE SHOES TO REFUND - SO JOOM IS NOT ECO ECO-FRIENDLY COMPANY!!! CUTTING SHOES IS AGAINST MY WORLDVIEW, SO I PRESENTED SHOES TO OTHER PERSONS WITH RELEVANT LEG SIZE AND LOYAL TO SHOES DEFECTS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING IN JOOM! DO NOT PURCHASE IN JOOM! THIS COMPANY TOTALLY LOST MY TRUST AND RESPECT! I recently had very bad customer service support experienced via JOOM APP. But however after few attempted I requested refund. Luckily after few days they were able to processed, the refund back into my account very quickly as possible. Thanks-)
