Love it!!

Love Zoom cool stuff so far I'm very happy. I've purchased stuff today as its 1st time on it so when I receive my items I will rate those too. I'm sure they will be great. Its the easiest shopping app for paying its great once ur details are all sorted, Any time you have anything in your cart you simply press pay and thats it. Don't have to be entering Address or bank nothing once its set up when you join so easy thats why I love it so much & Also knows what phone model type everything so it recommends things which is cool. Plus it recommends other things I like too from other purchases & wish list so I don't really have to search for much what I'm looking for pops up even at purchase before you click pay There is stuff recommended if u need anything & always only €1 or €2. So hopefully postage will be quick I also love that its €4 and don't change for as many items it per cart so no changes or surprises at the cart when u go to pay. So far if they all come in quick enough time & I love all my purchases it will be my go to shop in future if they Also do clothes in plus sizes I haven't checked yet! If they do I'm hooked no more WISH, TEMU OR SHEIN. IM ALL ZOOM FROM NOW ON IF THEY HAVE PLUS SIZE CLOTHES & POST QUICK & I LOVE MY PURCHASES!!! 😊Happy so far will see how my purchases are & will Update my review. It can only get better lol I'm giving 5 stars Already 😊😉

My order of zymox vetinary ear drops from joom turned out to be completely fake. Fake packaging with loads of spelling mistakes and fake size bottle with watery product. Will not risk putting in dogs ears as unknown. Would not recommend Joom to anyone, its a scam site. Give them a miss don't waste your money

Do NOT shop at Joom.

Absolutely atrocious customer service.Attempt to cancel order totally ignored and now I am unable to claim a refund for a period of 85 days - which they claim is their 'poilcy.' Interestingly enough.. their 'policy' also only allows a period of 10 days (after you submit an initial claim when 85 days have passed) in which to process and receive the refund.My accountant is looking into legalities...

Don't buy anything from there that…

Don't buy anything from there that should have a warranty. I bought a cat litter box that cost over 300 euros and it broke after three months. They themselves don't give a warranty and their suppliers don't answer you. I've been sending emails for half a year, but I don't get any answers. The supplier finally replied that he would send me a user manual😡And that's it. No exchange or refund option.

5 euros for delivery is ridiculous

What’s the point of doing Black Friday if the discounts are minimal and you suddenly start charging 5 euros for delivery? The total price ends up being the same as before Black Friday — or even higher. It’s honestly ridiculous. I was planning to buy a lot of kpop albums, but now I’m not going to pay for overpriced “discounts.”Total scam — nothing “Black Friday” about it.

My order never arrived and I did not receive a refund

My order QP2ENXGW was paid on July 15, 2025 and the payment was confirmed by Joom.On July 16, 2025 I received an email saying the package was shipped, but it never arrived.On September 29, 2025 Joom informed me that the order was eligible for a refund, and I selected the option to receive the refund via the original payment method.However, no money was transferred back to my bank account.Later I noticed that instead of a refund, Joom credited my account with “points”, which I never requested and do not accept. These points expire after 180 days and are not equal to a monetary refund.I contacted customer support multiple times, but I only received automatic template replies within 1–3 minutes, with no real help. One of the replies claimed that I chose points as the refund method, which is not true — I selected the refund to the original payment method.In summary:- the item never arrived,- the refund was approved but never processed,- I received expiring points instead of my money,- support does not provide real assistance.Based on my experience, I will not order from Joom again.— Anonymous customer

Nokia 3110, 90% refurbished though it doesn’t work. Impossible to use and a waste of money. Customer service doesn’t answer. Never again Joom.
