Amazing customer service (Have to mention Kayla - soooo helpful, answering emails by 4am GMT and she made sure my order was shipped same day for my event)Amazing quality (I was sceptical because it is polyester, but I'm glad I bought it. It's super thick it feels amazing and the beads do not come out) for the design and the craftsmanship I will say the price is worth it. Fast delivery. I got the Green Krace dress in Large, (my waist is 29 inches, my bust is 38 and my hips are 46) and the amount of compliments I got!! People thought it was tailored. Perfection. This is my new favorite brand!
The outfits were so amazing, so beautiful. It fit me like a glove. I looked so stunning in them and got compliments from everyone that saw me literally. Everyone kept asking where I got my outfits from. I will definitely be shopping on here again. Best choice I made.
I ordered this dress a month ago and i still didI ordered this dress a month ago and i still did not receive it, and not getting any updates on the shipment. I did a preorder which normally takes longer, but it’s not making any progress until now, after one month. I ordered it for an event that i’m having in a couple days and it’s frustrating at this point because i’m not getting any info about the expected time of delivery and i’m counting on it 100%. PS: order didn’t ship yet! I tried to reach them by sending an email but still didn’t get a reply yet which is more frustrating for me. I hope it arrives on time.
I recently purchased the most beautiful dress from Khanums — the red Kiris dress — and it was absolutely stunning! The quality, fabric, and cut were all exceptional, and that deep cherry red colour was exactly what I wated, just like the pictures! I was liaising with Nicole throughout the process, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all my questions so kindly. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Khanums to anyone looking for something elegant and beautifully made.
