I ordered Khanums Krace dress all the way from London to Maldives for my Nikkah and im so happy i did. I received the order in less than a month and the dress was beyond my expectations. The quality of the material used in the dress is amazing, it was so heavy and the stitching was beautifully done as well. The pearls even look like they’re great quality and they even gave extra pearls just in case. I also mailed Khanums before ordering to provide details of the dress measurements and they replied swiftly, it’s the perfect dreamy dress. Highly recommended!!

After my original birthday dress from another brand was delayed in transit, I left a comment asking if there was any chance my Khanun’s order could be expedited. I wasn’t expecting much beyond a kind reply — but instead, they jumped into action immediately.Their team went above and beyond to get my dress shipped out as quickly as possible, with genuine care and urgency. I can’t put into words how kind, caring and lovely this company is. I placed my order on Friday due to an emergency and wasn’t sure if it would even arrive for my event on time but all the staff kept me reassured on emails and on instagram replying to my (incessant) messages and ensuring they would do what’s possible to get my dress to me. I was so so grateful and still can’t believe they got it to me within 4 days! Such a wonderful experience and such a lovely company and business. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!
I’ve never been compelled to write a review before, but I just felt I had to write this one. I ordered my dress during the black friday rush period, which I’m sure is already a high volume time for every business. When the package arrived, I was blown away at the quality of the dress and the packaging and the experience of it all. Even then, when I received it and found it to be a little tight for my comfort (entirely my bad), the team was prompt and understanding in their responses. Kayla never left me wondering about the status of my exchange, and responded to my emails right away no matter the time of day. They reserved the dress in the color and size I wanted to exchange for immediately. When my package finally made it overseas back to them and they inspected it and sent back a bigger size, Emer kept me informed at every step of the process. I had never experienced more comfort and peace of mind while sending a package back, overseas at that. The red krace dress is gorgeous and the new size fits me like a glove. I am so happy with the whole experience.
I just love love this brand, they were absolutely incredible with me since i couldn’t try the dress before buying it they were very helpful they took my measurements and they found me the perfect size. It was for my civil wedding and the dress was incredible the fit, the quality and the fabric everything was PERFECT ! Thank you so much for your work keep it up 👍🏽
