Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. This has been the most disgusting experience ever. I asked for a refund 11 months ago, they gave me a credit note instead when I emphasised I did not want or need the credit note I just wanted a refund. Coming up to my credit not expiration I purchased items under duress and of course yet again the quality and sizing were off, the lining of the trousers were so itchy!! I have emailed for a refund and they have responded by saying they won’t give a refund or issue another credit note this is insane. None of the items were custom made. This is literally their words - We absolutely honour the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and for any non-custom items, customers are entitled to return within 14 days of receiving their order. This is part of our policy and is communicated on our website and at checkout. - So then issue it? Instead of holding me hostage. Nicole is so rude it’s ridiculous, you have said case closed when you have literally taken my money?
I placed an order with this company on a late Friday evening desperately needing this to come by Tuesday so I took a risk and emailed them even though their operation system had closed and there wasn’t the option for next day delivery online I just waited hoping on Monday they would be able to send out the item asap or I would be able to ask to pay extra to get it sent - anything to get it by Tuesday. We didn’t even receive an email back at first but they had already taken it upon themselves to ship it asap and it was shipped and on Tuesday morning we received the package and I was so greatful it was sent it out as an express order and came in time and the item is beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from this company again
I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. Upon delivery, I was so excited due to the quality and look of the dress. It was too small thus I requested to return and exchange. Khanum's staff was very helpful and helped me navigate the best way and cheapest way to send the dress from Florida back to London. I just received my dress and couldn't be happier. Khanum's Costumer Service is exceptional as is the dress!
I contacted customer service as I wasn't sure which dress to order for a wedding, and the team was super helpful, they guided me on what dress would suit me best! I ordered online, the dress arrived in 2 days and it fitted perfectly. I'm so happy about the dress and can't wait to wear it!
I checked the measurements carefully before ordering a dress for a wedding — it wasn’t cheap, even in the sale at £170 but I loved the look of it. When it arrived, the sizing was completely wrong; it was far too big and looked nothing like I’d hoped. Only then did I discover they don’t offer refunds or returns, even when their sizing is inaccurate. The result: an unwearable dress and £170 down the drain. Overpriced, misleading, and no customer support. Buy elsewhere if you value your money.
Very poor customer service. When trying on the dress I discovered an ink stain on the inner slip. It was not noticeable when wearing the dress as it was on the inside so I had no idea it was there. When I reached out to the team, they suggested that I was being dishonest and the stain was on the outside of the dress therefore something I would have done. I followed up with a video, to which they said there was nothing they could do as the tags had been removed. Given the price of the dress the customer service is very poor and unhelpful, even when the error is on their end. Will not be supporting this company moving forward.
The most stunning dress! The fit and quality of the material is unreal, can't wait to wear the co-ord for an upcoming wedding in Ibiza! Wanted something that was a little different and the outfit is perfect. Lovely customer service team too who were so responsive via email.
I had a great experience with Khanums! They are extremely responsive to messages, attentive, and extremely caring. They truly strive to satisfy their customers by finding solutions and being accommodating. I received my package in 2 days. The dress is beautiful and of incredible quality!I recommend this brand to everyone!
