This company do not offer refunds, which is wild for an online store in 2025. They do NOT make this clear when ordering and based on other reviews I am going to have to raise a dispute with my card provider now to try and get my money back. A shame, as the dress was good quality, it just didn't fit.
Where do I even begin? A huge thank you to the ever so wonderful team at Khanum’s. I had a last minute situation with a dress from another company and after messaging Khanum’s (in a bit of a panic, might I add) they really pulled through. Shoutout to the lovely team (Emer you’re the best) <3 I do not know what I would have done if it wasn’t for their kindness and clear communication. Best of all? The dress I received was truly perfect. If you think their dresses are beautiful online - wait till you see them in person! The design, style and comfort of the KRACE dress is truly remarkable. Thank you again Khanum’s and I cannot wait to wear the dress to my best friends wedding. 🤍🤍🤍 Grateful to the team!!! xxx
Bought this dress for my birthday🥹🩵 I was in awe The ordering process was smooth and delivery was lightning fast I couldn’t believe it! The dress itself? QUALITY, the material is so chic and comfy. I got so many compliments on this dress I felt like I was in the red carpet; wore it to a brand event and I kid you not I landed two brand partnerships because they were in love with my look that night. The dresses are beautiful! But they have a HORRIBLE return policy. You can only return or store credit. Then returning from the United States it cost over $300 in international shipping costs. Make sure you REALLY like the dress you’re ordering before buying.
I had the best experience in October going in for a consultation with Emer. Her communication has been exceptional from start to finish. Next level professionalism! She was super kind and wholesome and just made me more excited for the purpose of purchasing my dress. The fitting was perfect, I couldn't believe how perfect! I am 5ft2 and weigh 45kg so I really struggle to find maxi dresses that fit so well, usually requires tailoring but I didn't have to for this one. The design, the material is just perfect, not see through at all and perfect for autumn/winter wear! Highly recommend everything about Khanum, especially recommend Emer. She's what brought this experience to life in the best way. Delivery was also swift and packaging is really good. Emer followed up to see if everything arrived well and if I need anything else, which is just above and beyond, so thank you Emer!
I ordered a dress from Khanums because I really loved the design, and the website showed that one piece in size M was still available. Since my engagement was coming up and S was sold out, I decided to order M and planned to have it altered.After placing the order, I was told it was actually a pre-order, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Before that, we had several conversations. She offered to send me the dress in a different color or a different style, but I insisted on the original one because the website clearly stated it was in stock.However, after I posted my initial review, the representative was extremely kind and responsive. She even offered to change my order to size S and arranged for the dress to be shipped much sooner than expected. I really appreciated that effort and flexibility.Before dispatch, I asked for extra pearls, but unfortunately got a reply only after the parcel was sent - and then only with an additional fee, which I didn’t go for because it would mean paying customs charges a second time (around €30) just for the pearls (€15). In the end, the issue was resolved and the service improved a lot, but it would be great if the same level of support and communication were offered from the very beginning.The dress itself is beautiful and exactly like in the photos, so I’m happy with the product. However, it shouldn’t take a public review to get proper communication and support.
The most stunning dress, expert craftsmanship, it is a dream I purchased the Krace dress. The customer services team went over and beyond to help me, communication was swift and always pleasant. I cannot recommend this brand enough. I have family already placing orders and I cannot wait to splurge in this store again
The customer service I received from the Khanums team has been AMAZING!!! to say the least! The customer service team followed up with me after I had not received an international package I needed for my birthday trip. They tried everything possible to make sure it got to me and sadly it didn’t but they were so prompt and kind through the process and shipped it to my country of residence. I really appreciate their support and service! Not only do they have amazing styles, their customer service is bomb!! I definitely recommend
