I genuinely can’t recommend this shop enough! I was in contact with them several times via Instagram, and every single time, I got an immediate response. The customer service was incredibly polite, attentive, and truly went out of their way to help me as quickly as possible.They answered all my questions with so much patience and care, and they made sure my dress was shipped out as soon as possible.What I love most about this shop is how unique their pieces are — nothing mainstream or generic. These are styles you won’t find just anywhere.And finally, I really appreciate that they also offer beautiful outfits that aren’t overly revealing. It’s so rare to find fashion that’s stylish, modest, and different all at once.An all-around amazing experience — I’ll absolutely be back and will recommend this shop to everyone I know!
The dress is very beautiful, it conforms to the photos. I'm 1m60 and it's a bit too long but it's easy to shorten it. If you don't want it to be too tight across the chest, take a size up, but if you want it to fit perfectly, take your usual size. Don't hesitate to send them a message if you have any questions, they reply quickly and are very attentive. The order arrived very very quickly. I ordered the Kiran dress in blue for an occasion. I had placed the order on the 31/07/25 and sent an email to the Khanum’s team to let them know I needed it for the following Saturday and asked if I would be able to get it by then. They replied back to me and were lovely. I received it in time and I honestly love it so much. The dress was packaged nicely in a dust bag and box with a card from Khanum’s. The quality is insane and the design is beautiful. It looks even better than I hoped it to be. I can’t wait to wear it. I would definitely recommend Khanum's to anyone looking for unique and beautiful statement pieces for any occasion. I shall also be back to purchase. Thank you again.
Shameful!!!! Not delivered on time, lousy customer service, no confidence. I asked to cancel the order several times. Date announced false and delayed. I had to ask 10 times for the tracking service when I was told that the dress was going to be sent, supposedly by express. Exorbitant customs charges.Don't waste your time with this brand, I will only be bad publicity for this brand, too bad the dresses seemed beautiful.
I placed my order and received my dress in just 3 days, such fast shipping! The dress is absolutely beautiful in person and the quality is amazing. I reached out to let them know when I needed it by, and they shipped it out even earlier than expected. Their customer service is also incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
