Absolutely terrible company, better not book through them. i had a shipment from Germany scheduled to be here within 4 working days. by the time it gets here it will have been 28 days. in the meantime K&N have lied to us and given wrong information every step of the way, so you can not even believe the screenshots they send. it was scheduled for delivery for the last 5 days and a claim they tried last night is simply not true. I am extremely disappointed and in future will resort back to Dachser, they provide a much better service. i can provide a tracking number if anybody cares to look at this inside K&N.
Recently I did a shipment from India to the UK with kuehne + Nagel. I had the worst experience with the service and communication . I lost £9600 for the LCL consignment. I spoke with the team before the shipment and they said that they will take care of the clearance procedure .I have given all the documents what they have asked for . But they haven't given the proper instruction and guidance regarding some important documents . So my consignment stuck in the port for almost 2 months and they charged me £9600 as demurrage and storage cost. I felt that this team doesn't have enough knowledge about the about the clearance procedure and at the end of the day they put all the burden on the customer's head .It was a wrong decision that I have chosen this company for my shipment . I expected a well standard of service but my experience was exactly opposite .So please don't choose this company for any shipment for heaven's sake.
I have been trying to get good things out of this company for several years now but the jokes on me for keep going back . Well it's due to a very hard working compassionate Key Accounts Lady who thinks the next one will go well, since you'd expect the controllers (imports and exports) to learn from mistakes and up their game, right? Well wrong!!!! These guys at KN Johannesburg (South Africa) don't give two craps on how they operate. They mess up shipments and you will need to clean it up. I am fortunate to know a lot in the shipping industry so i am capable of picking up problems early enough. But for a person that's not ? KN are the worst logistics company on the planet, and that's saying it kindly.
Worst ever customer service. I will never again use Kuehne & Nagel service. I do not reccomend their services to anyone.The customer service send an email to me and said that if i'm not satisfied with the service i can use another logistic company.
Absolutely horrendous experience. I was not aware my package was being delivered in wooden crates, and that the delivery was to the building door, not the apartment. This is all understandable.However, the delivery driver refused to even deliver the crates to the building door, because there was a row of motorcycles in front of the building. He wanted to leave the crates on the road, blocking the parked motorcycles and eventually traffic. In normal circumstances I would have helped my husband carry the crates through the motorcycles (there was more than enough space), but I am pregnant, so my husband asked the driver to help. He said he would help if we sign for the delivery first. We did not trust him so said we would do it after he helped us. He then acted as if he was going to help us and asked me to open the building door, where I had already moved one of the smaller crates in. He proceeded to TAKE BACK the smaller crate, loaded them all on a pallet mover and took them back to his truck. I called the delivery company and after going back and forth with my limited French, they sided with the driver, and told me I either accept the crates as the delivery driver intended to deliver it (aka on the ROAD) or I refuse the package. Sure it was made all the more difficult because my husband do not speak French, which is our fault, but this is a company that is in the business of DELIVERING THINGS. Surely they know how to deliver crates and packages to the many streets of Paris? Including those that have vehicles parked on the streets? I have had limited positive delivery experiences here in Paris, but this is by far the worst (even worse than the time we had an IKEA delivery driver block traffic and get into a fight with a woman trying to pass — he ended up kicking her car and the police had to come!! Worse than that experience!).
Was forced to use this agent to import an order from Europe. Had to fill in numerous forms to get the shipment through customs and now receiving invoices which are not for our company!! Have contacted their invoicing teamWho have not responded toMy emails and ignored them and now getting immediate payment emails to pay them. Won’t be doing so. Tried calling and told not available. Avoid this company at all costs
If you value your company, please do not use K+N. A pallet has taken 2 months to reach Germany and still hasn't been delivered. No responses from customer service.Very frustrating from a company with an increasingly obvious reputation for appalling customer service.
