Review Time
I was suppose to receive a shipmment of 2 pallets. Lost one of them and gave me the run around for over 10 days. Still haven't found it to this date. Their customer service was really bad, a lady telling me they will let me know IF they found my second pallet....IF...Would not give me any dates and told me that these things happen. I paid over £1500 for those pallets and they seemed surprised at my comments when I said it's unacceptable. This particular lady was arrogant and not helpful. Use other delivery services!!!
Worst experience! You call customer service, not interested in talking to you. Just want to shuffle you off too their website. Too lazy to go check the fax machine. I've sent paperwork 3 times since yesterday. Nothing! This place makes Livingston look good.
We were hugely overcharged for a shipment due to KN failures and intentionally causing delays in clearance to charge additional storage. Cost us thousands. Upon complaining they were not interested in taking any responsibility for their failures. Don't go near this shipping company.
not interested in customer service, refused to bring the delivery in to our office and would only take out of the lorry and leave in the carpark!!case escalated to Liam Hallam, Service Manager who confirmed they will not bring the goods in to the office. AVOID
Sub-contracted our consignment to Griffins Logistics who shipped our pallet to an unknown destination. The pallet's loss caused substantial financial and reputational damage.They did their utmost to avoid responsibility and compensate us for their negligence.Their website assurances of trackability were meaningless in our experience and the CMR document, which they used to hide behind, allows them to do whatever they like with your goods and not face consequences.Horrific experience!
