Appalling lack of customer service

Appalling lack of customer service. None of the telephone numbers on their invoices connect with people, the local office has no information about imported shipments, impossible to find out where a shipment is or when to expect delivery.

Terrible onboarding and customer service.

I was in contact with David Richardson (UK) and couldn't seem to be onboarded. I was told i would be sent some forms to sign. 9 Days go by, no response. I had to follow up. When I get said forms, they are encrypted with a password and was not much help in providing an alternative solution4 Days since my last correspondence after saying we were going elsewhere, no response. If this is their onboarding, I really wonder what it's like once they've got your cargo.Overall a very frustrating and dreadful experience.

Be warned

Be warned! The UK team have no care, they don't have the ability to read emails properly, they take a very long time to respond, you have to keep chasing them for answers and they claim customs is nothing to do with them because they have an overseas customs office. Their customs office uses AI to input the details from the commercial invoice into the customs clearance software and they told me no one can manually input the information so when AI is wrong there is no human checking and fixing the problem. They do not say sorry or recognise that they have not read your emails properly instead they point the finger at you. The goods got returned to sender because of their lack of attention to detail, poor processes and carelessness. I will never use this company again, extremely unprofessional.

I am extremely disappointed to have this experience in UK

I am extremely disappointed with the poor services and unreasonable delivery and storage charges that my company recently had when importing Japanese goods into the UK. I was forced to use them as they are my Japanese logistic firm partner and also they had charges if I picked other customs agent. Not only are the fees excessive, but the unprofessional behaviors exhibited in the handling of importing goods is unacceptable. I urge the company to address these issues promptly and improve their services for the benefit of their customers.

If you have an interview scheduled with this company, I advise you to approach the process with caution. My experience was far from professional. Despite investing significant time and energy into preparing for the interview, the communication was poorly handled, and scheduling was confirmed at the last minute.Such disorganization reflects a lack of respect for candidates' time and effort, raising questions about how the company values its prospective employees. If this is how the recruitment process is conducted, it may indicate deeper issues within the organization’s culture and operations.To future candidates: be prepared for uncertainty and unprofessional behavior. Non-professional illegal nightmare !

We sent a perishable pallet cargo with documents. At first they gave us an AWB that was not in the tracking system. After complain, they informed that the pallet has enter the USA without AWB or Manifest and to 'ask a search' in the AFKLM warehouse. Which we did. The pallet was not to be found. They made a fake declaration, to have an AWB on a random flight to the same destination, in order to 'help us' to find the said pallet. It was not to be found. Then they offered to rebook a flight correctly done. The AWB was fine, but the pallet could not leave. 2 weeks for perishable. Worst nightmare, and totally unprofessional. Hopefully their direction will compensate for this mess. As an add-on, they promised to return the pallet after 2 weeks, informed that it would be delivered next day saturday, then it will be finally delivered monday. The entire story takes 5 pages at least, it is insanity over unprofessional acts.

Fraud

Fraud! Imagine ordering and 10' plaster statue and receiving a GI Joe figurine. That's how bad their products are. Also, their site states it ships from US warehouses. They must use a burro for shipping because i ordered the sweaters on Nov 10 and received them on Dec 24. They did not ship from US, but came from China. They would not pay for return shipping which would cost more than 70% of the order. The product showed and stated leather accents and showed up with brown printed material. They're so hideous, I wouldn't even wear them around the house.

Multiple packages arrived soaking wet

Our business sent multiple high value packages to our best customer and all wooden crates were soaking wet causing water damage to all parts inside!!
