Eastern creek K&N - Company is a joke so is the management. run by an ice junky chick so called Goranna. Run on politics, managers treat you like inappropriate . The manager would talk bad about people on her brake an if you stood up an said you shouldn’t be saying that it’s not nice you get fired. Hearing the managers talk about there weekends an them getting on drugs on your lunch brake doesn’t make you feel like your safe at work. You ask for something to be fixed. 2months later still not fixed. Management should be looked over again having a ice addict manager is not good. Have a low couple managers walking around with out steel caps in a busy warehouse like there on a catwalk.No chance of you moving up In The business.

5 support calls 7 day late shipment

Wondered why my package was 5 days late, called in and found there was an issue. I was told it would be with me between 9-4 the next day. Guess what? It didn’t arrive and when calling them they told me there was an unkosn issue and they’d let me know tomorrow what the situation is. This company is terrible, easily the worst shipping company I’ve Delbt with waiting for a Vital component for my car. This company cost me 2 weeks of cab fees and destroyed social life with no car due to delays and failures on their end. Avoid all business and use other shipping company’s like Royal Mail !!!!Edit : Still haven’t received item !!!!

Probably the worst delivery company…

Probably the worst delivery company I've ever come across.I have ordered a large package of resin which I use in my business. Knowing full well that Epoxy resin is classified as a flammable/hazardous material, and excepting a package that is marked as carrying such material, Kuehne+Nagel accepted to deliver the package to me from the UK to the island of Crete in Greece. Once the package arrived in Athens, Kuehne+Nagel suddenly remembered they do not poses the needed certificates to transport those materials over sea to any islands.Contacting the company's offices in Athens I have encountered what is probably the worst example of costumer service on the planet. I was told I must find a third party to transport the package to me, at my expense. I was not offered any help, the workers that has spoken to me were some of the laziest, rude, and generally useless individuals in the northern hemisphere.I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. Avoid them at all costs.

Rude to customers and mishandling to…

Rude to customers and mishandling to Items!Due to mishandling, the item was completely thrashed and still delivered it! Beware if they are hurry and rude to deliver your item and check your consignment before accept. An expensive painting has been thrashed and we are behind it to get the things resolved. Very irresponsible people. I have orders many items through online but this was a nightmare in terms of people (rude and dishonest) and quality of handling. They were literally trying to leave the item on the street! Really surprise such stupid behavior from a 'professional' company.

BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY, RUDE AND DISHONEST

KN is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. They have purposely delayed containers to charge us extra fees and threatened to hold our containers to make sure of this. Their staffs are incompetent and lazy who do not have the common sense to inform us that they even have our containers. Company is using very dishonest and corrupt methods to force more money out of us. Lost over #30,000 adding hidden charges to the bill after 3 months instead of immediately or within a month in hopes that we won’t notice the extra fees. Importers beware of this company I would suggest finding another company that you can actually trust.

No Customer Loyalty -- Terrible Experience with K&N

We did business with K&N for several years. When we first started with them, they gave us a good price for overseas full container freight from China to Long Beach and then overland to Utah. However, over the years the price kept increasing. To be honest, we didn't pay close enough attention to the price because we trusted them and we were busy with our sales and marketing. Finally, after being charged a huge amount for one 20' container, we checked their prices. We were shocked. Not only were we being charged 50% more for sea freight than market price, but we were paying 100% over market for overland trucking. When I confronted K&N, they treated me like dirt. They even refused to allow me to book my own trucking from Long Beach to Utah when a container had not yet hit port. We stopped using them and we had a $600 credit on our account. We asked for them to send us a check for our credit over 2 years ago. They will not respond to our many requests and they have not paid us back. I told them that if they didn't issue a check for the credit that I would tell the world how bad they are. Now you know.

No delivery on time and you even got…

No delivery on time and you even got charged extra for that late delivery. We paid 50% more than the quote at the end and 12% more than the insurance agreement. There was a big lack of communication. Overall no trust at all.

terrible customer service

First if I have read customer review before I would never use this company,its exactly like people write, the lady in customer service is so rude and not helpful at all. we have send pallet with them, it did not arrived yet and when I call them they are not happy, I asked them to give me phone number of destination country she refused and I will never understand why. they destroyed me as it was first pallet to my customer to try our products. he said he will not relay on us and he cant make business like this.I understand that mistakes happen but what I can not believe is the way that Customer service are treating heir customer who give them Money. I will never use this company again. lost money ,I lost Customer and my time. I will not say I regret but I will say I learned. I will never deal with any company before to read customer review. and I will tell the the lady in customer service treat other people like you wish to be treated.

Delivery drivers to sunset wines in Scarborough can’t follow simple road rules.

Drivers to sunset wines in Scarborough not following the parking regulations in a residential area. They park inside the loading bay outside the loading times. They park on double yellow lines and block off the road for other road users. Disgustiing attitude when delivering to sunset wines on Cleveland road in Scarborough. Follow the dam parking rules, stop parking and blocking residents drive ways, entrances, stop loading and unloading outside the times on the “SIGNS”.
