Still waiting Months for Refund from K + N-- BOL BANQTXG1933655

Kuehne + Nagel is not living up to its own Code of Conduct. We are a small company that used KN for our shipment from Taiwan. KN did not file the ISF within the required time, resulting in a $1,000 Liquidated Damages fine by U.S. Customs in Norfolk, VA that we paid to prevent a severe late penalty. We, as customers of KN had no involvement or responsibility with the ISF filing and paid Customs Clearance and fees in amount of $1,110.16 to KN as well as a specific ISF filing fee of $15. This fine has placed a severe burden on our small company. We request that the multi-billion dollar KN company live up to its Code of Conduct, do the right thing and reimburse us for the $!,000 Customs fine due to late filing by KN of the ISF.We are now into 2020 and still no reimbursement for the serious error made by Kuehne + Nagel resulting in a Customs Liquidated Damages fine for late filing of the ISF. This filing allows the US government to review what is being shipped to the US before it is shipped. This is a safety issue that all shippers are aware of but that K + N violated on our shipment. Think twice before using K + N for your ocean shipping needs because they are careless in the procedures and apparently could care less about their customers.

Very unorganised night time team leader…

Very unorganised night time team leader doesn’t have a clue speaks to you like Rubbish on your shoe. Doesn’t explain what to do properly. The night team leader and all other workers go on a 15 minute break if your English u don’t get a 15 minute break. even though he told us he wasn’t allowed to do that still does it. Let’s you do a full pallet for an order then tells u that there are things missing once u have done it all.

too many chances and too many F$%k ups

too many chances and too many f%^k ups, shipment after shipment, i booked a container with mark hustwayte and he told me it was all sorted and if they had any questions they would be in touch, 3 weeks later my supplier tells me they still haven't made contact, they finally collect the shipment and its been 6 weeks since then and i still haven't got it, i ask mark for a update and he said he will chase for a update, 24 hours later still no update so i emailed mark to ask why and i get a automatic reply saying im off on holiday until the 11th, what a pi$$take, making my life hell why your at home with your feet up which you didn't even mention, waste of space and time

hi worked at Birmingham on amozon contract floor manager s where great but was not allowed to run there shift as ops manager s did not have a clue they have had 14 different contracts on this site and lost them all I've been in this sort of work for meney years never seen anything like it amozon Finnish the contract after two years it was a five year contract it was a mess that don't care about customer s it just numbers that they carnt get right worse senior management I've ever seen if you have not got a clue wot your doing you stand a chance of promotion there it's not a good place to work but great mix invierment of ppl when it come to redundancy that treated us like s**t lies and more lies I was a h lop picker

Wouldn't even give 1 starOne of their drivers rear ended my new car on monday and then was intimidating towards meI called the police and they arrivedI was in traffic and he carried on moving saying I rolled backHow can £4000 worth of damage that has been caused to my car, need a new rear end (new boot, bumper damaged, chucks taken out of the bumper) be resulted in me rolling back at 0mph when stopped in trafficCalled the company and they were just as rude and intimidating as the driverTo top it off the driver even admitted it was not his first accident.It seems the company and its drivers are all as bad as each other This company needs closing

Avoid at all costs

Awful delivery staff, rude , disrespectful and arrogant.. I would avoid this company unless you really need to use them. I’m tied to Wadworth so don’t have a choice but if I did I’d use someone else. If I ran my pub like they run this business I’d be bust. Shame the powers to be don’t care.

Appalling service, drivers unable to read signs, disrespect to end customers

Again this “company” has no respect for the road, residents and are unable to follow simple loading signs. Delivering to sunsets wines in Scarborough, next to a residential area. Loading sign is for 9am start yet the drivers arrive at 7:40am - next to residential homes and park across residential access. The drivers were made aware of the signage and that it was a residential area but the drivers used the same excise “we didn’t know” the drivers stayed there blocking the road and radio on full blast inside the vehicle and waited for sunset wines in Scarborough to turn up at 8am to unload. What a disgrace your company is to allow this to happen. Business as usual guys, bad reviews as usual and you deserve all you get.

Great company,but management sucks. Greg Wilson has HR in his wallet. Jay slay is one of the so-called managers and he is as racist as they can get along with Ronnie Killion. The company only compensates brownnosers and not hard workers. In three years of breaking my back for these people I only received a nine cent raise. There is no communication in this company. Every time they hold meetings is to tell the workers how bad they are doing and not how hard they work. Working for kuehne+navel you have to forget that you have a family or life because they don't care about it.
