You would be better walking across Europe and transporting your goods on donkey than you would be using K&N. They lost 5 pallets of our goods for 3 weeks. 3 weeks it was somewhere, nobody knew. Before it mysteriously “turned up” Disgusting. Now, they allege they can complete import declarations, charge you a fee, and never do the submission. Getting you then into hot water with HMRC.

Terrible customer service. We are an SME who were a customer of K & N for years, the last few months the service has gone downhill at top speed. Multiple emails being ignored, deliveries delayed because advisors have not passed on correct info (and no apology given), requests to speak with management ignored - maybe we don't spend enough with them to receive a response. I get it, you are busy and logistics isn't fun right now - but don't ignore your customers. It takes 5 seconds to send a response. In the last 3 months I have experienced the worst customer service I have seen in 25years, hence - we will no longer use them.
Quite frankly the most incompetent delivery company I have ever come across in my life. They damage property can’t follow any rules. You wouldn’t believe what I have on cctv of these people it’s beyond belief. They shouldn’t be delivering anything ever to anyone. As a company we decided to give them a try. We gave them all the information they requested, as we have done previously with other transport companies.It was on a next day delivery as the goods were due offshore in the North Sea so had to get to the customers depot.The vehicle arrived 3hrs late and was too small for the load. We got on the phone to K&N and they just kept saying its the right size and if we cannot load it then we will have to cancel the order. This is just a ploy from K&N so they can say you cancelled and still try and charge you.The customer service rep said they can send another the next day however it would be an additional £700 on to of the £900 for the first order.We sent them away and used someone else.The customer service rep has contacted us numerous times to say we are being charged for the cancellation.Just speaking to them highlights they have poorly trained staff who have no experience of how and why you load vehicles in certain ways.Another example of a company with a previously good reputation ruined by lack of good customer service and staff trainingRubbish!
In my case, I had a bicycle valued at 3000€ to be transported from Germany to Portugal (200cmx141cmx21cm box). This service was booked through Eurosender. The estimative was 14 days and it took exactly 14 days to arrive at my door: 6 July to 20 July. The package had some scratches and holes, nonetheless the bike was intact.Conclusion: I have no complaints whatsoever about my experience with k+n. They contacted me one day prior to the delivery to make sure the address was ok and that I was home. At first I was a little worried after reading so many bad reviews, however I cannot identify with them. I guess people is more motivated to write bad reviews than good reviews, which is understandable. Nonetheless I'm here trying to normalise the score and re-establish some fairness on kuehne+nagel's rating.
They will NEVER reply to your email. Even when I called their local office, they transfer me to another department, and the person says hello to me so I say hello back, and then they hang up or do not say anything! I tried already 3 times. It has been like this. It's crazy. It's the worst service I could ever imagine.
Mostly OK but when a shipment goes wrong they are hopeless, my freight manager doesnt take my calls and they bury their heads in th saned and hope the problem will go away. I've a shipment for a major client stuck in Swiss customs and K&N simply don't care!
