Scooter-wise, I can’t complain. In three years, I only had to change two tires and the brakes. However, I now have an issue with the steering wheel, which is the reason for my bad review.I contacted La Souris to ask how much it would cost to replace the steering wheel because the welding on the display support has broken. As a result, my display is now hanging only by the cables. Unfortunately, I was told that I need to replace the entire steering wheel just to fix the support.They said they cannot provide a price unless I bring the scooter in for service. On top of that, they charge €80 per hour for inspection if I don’t decide to repair it there.My problem is that I cannot get a price estimate for replacing the steering wheel (since no investigation is actually needed), and I also cannot buy the steering wheel separately to replace it myself.
I initially placed an order for a bicycle with home delivery, as clearly advertised on your website with a delivery timeframe of 3–10 working days. This delivery timeframe was a decisive factor in my purchase decision.After placing my order, I was informed that the actual delivery time would be 32–38 days, which is grossly inconsistent with the advertised timeframe and therefore unacceptable.In good faith and in an attempt to limit further delay, I proposed collecting the bicycle from a physical store instead of home delivery, if this would speed up the process. I accepted this alternative solely to mitigate the consequences of the excessive delay.However, when I travelled to the Alkmaar store to collect the bicycle, it became clear that the delivered product did not conform to my order. The bicycle had only one battery slot, whereas my order explicitly and essentially required two battery slots. For this reason, I did not accept the bicycle, and it remained in the store.Given the already significant delays and urgency of my situation, a store employee proposed an alternative model and demanded an additional payment of €100. I was explicitly informed twice that this alternative model would have two battery slots.After returning home, I reviewed the official product information and images on your website and found that this alternative model appears to have only one battery slot, which directly contradicts the information provided in the store and creates serious doubt regarding the accuracy and reliability of your representations.At this point, the following facts are undisputed:1. The bicycle was advertised with a delivery timeframe of 3–10 working days, yet I have now been waiting more than 18 days, with no compliant delivery completed.2. I accepted a change from home delivery to store pickup solely to reduce delays caused by your failure to meet the advertised delivery timeframe.3. I travelled to the Alkmaar store at my own expense and time.4. I was confronted with a non-conforming delivery that did not match my order.5. I experienced repeated delays far exceeding the advertised delivery timeframe.6. I was asked to pay an additional €100 to resolve an issue caused entirely by incorrect delivery and misleading information.I wish to make clear that I am not requesting a refund. I require the correct bicycle as originally ordered, with two battery slots, delivered to my home address, handled with priority, and without any additional charge.Should a compliant solution under these conditions not be guaranteed without further delay, I explicitly reserve all rights available to me under Dutch consumer law, including escalation to ACM ConsuWijzer and other competent dispute resolution bodies.Update 17.02.2026:Na inmiddels bijna een maand vertraging, meerdere gebroken toezeggingen en het tweemaal overschrijden van mijn formele ingebrekestelling, zie ik mij genoodzaakt dit publiekelijk te verduidelijken.De oorspronkelijke leveringstermijn op de website bedroeg 3–10 werkdagen. Inmiddels is deze termijn bijna verdrievoudigd, zonder correcte nakoming van de overeenkomst.Daarnaast is mij telefonisch bevestigd dat een model met twee accus beschikbaar zou zijn. Later bleek dit onjuist. Concrete leverdata worden herhaaldelijk genoemd en vervolgens niet nagekomen.Om dit op redelijke wijze op te lossen heb ik een zeer constructief tegenvoorstel gedaan: levering van een vergelijkbaar model dat reeds fysiek in de winkel aanwezig is. Dit model staat momenteel met twee accus opgesteld. Ik heb uitdrukkelijk aangeboden deze accus te laten verwijderen, zodat de levering volledig in verhouding blijft tot mijn oorspronkelijke bestelling en betaling. Hiermee is directe levering feitelijk mogelijk.Ik heb hiervoor een definitief ultimatum van 48 uur gesteld.Indien hierbinnen geen concrete en uitvoerbare oplossing volgt, zal ik overgaan tot ontbinding van de koopovereenkomst en verdere stappen ondernemen via het Juridisch Loket en melding doen bij de Autoriteit Consument & Markt.Ik betreur dat dit noodzakelijk is geworden.
