I purchased a Fatbike S20 Pro version, you get well explanation on purchase, Amazing and very good services, with experienced people, after 500Km you bring it for service, it's done in 1 day or few hours and your ready to go. I would recommend anyone to La Souris.
Very bad maintenance and no costumer service!We bought the fatbike from the shop in Utrecht, after a short time a problem in breaks appears so they changed it ! But then it’s oil start leaking ! after visiting the shop several time for fixing up to this date the problem still there (this from april 2025 and I’m wiriting this in Feb2026).Sounds comes and they took it to the head office where they kept it there for 2 weeks and still the fatbike problem not yet fixed, my daughter is in middelbaar and we bought her this so she can reach school easily because she is suffring from Knee pain! But she has to visit the shop periodically to give the fatbike for reparation consuming her time and her efforts adding to this the cost of using the public transportation!
Berny hé was a great great help always been a good help towards me, listening make jokes but knows what hé is doing an gives good advice he needs a raise other then that when ever I’m here I look forward to him helping an getting the job done an he is not slow either thanks Berny for everything.
My experience with this scooter and the online seller has been extremely disappointing, even though the staff at the physical shop did their best to help me.1. Delivery was a complete disaster I waited more than a month and a half, constantly receiving excuses, delays, and different stories every time. No clear communication and no responsibility from the online seller.2. The scooter delivered was NOT the one I ordered The model I received was missing the top case shown in the online listing, and even the license plate was different from what I had been told. This immediately raised doubts about the seller’s professionalism.3. Immediate mechanical issues on a brand‑new scooter The seat wouldn’t close because the latch was stuck in the open position. I had to manually push the mechanism with tools just to make it work. A new scooter should never arrive with such a basic defect.4. No proper instructions or documentation There were no clear explanations on how to open the seat, how the ignition works, or how to manage the battery. I had to figure everything out on my own.5. Questionable build quality The latch mechanism is stiff, doesn’t reset properly, and several components feel poorly assembled. It does not feel like a properly inspected vehicle.6. In‑store experience: the only positive part When I went to the physical shop, the staff was kind, helpful, and did everything they could. They made calls, checked the scooter, and immediately ordered a new top case for me, which will arrive in about a week at no extra cost. Their attitude was professional and supportive — the exact opposite of the online experience.7. Online customer support remains non‑existent After delivery, communication from the online seller basically stopped. No guidance, no solutions, no follow‑up.The only positive aspects were the low mileage and the helpful staff at the physical shop. Everything else — especially the online buying experience — was disappointing.Overall: Wrong scooter delivered, missing parts, mechanical defects from day one, terrible communication from the online seller, and only the in‑store staff showing real professionalism. I would not recommend buying from this online seller.
